"The most helpful paid media tool for account auditing"

**Overall:** I am generally satisfied. Also with the support team that can be reached easily and usually responds pretty quickly.

**Pros:** The platform is quick and easy way to create daily audits of my client account portfolio, and detect relevant actions that need to be done with a high or low priority.

**Cons:** That there are no AI based recommendations on what can be done to improve the results we are seeing in the account. Optmyzr has those features for example and that really makes reporting and insight sharing easier for us as advisors. Another thing is that we cannot make changes directly in Trueclicks that would be reflected in Bing.

"The budget pacing feature is awesome!"

**Overall:** Our team is very, very pleased with TrueClicks, we are all using it for budget pacing monitoring.

**Pros:** Most of all, I like the budget pacing feature the most, it helps me keep track of individual campaign spends, especially when the client has a set budget for a campaign or a set of campaigns.

**Cons:** When using the budget pacing feature and setting the budget start date to today, sometimes target daily spend doesn't show, and I have to manually calculate it. I also do not like that the target daily spend is rounded up to a whole number, which makes it hard to manage smaller budgets for clients, where even .50$ daily matter.
