### "Great service, quick turnaround times, and quality product!"

Our overall experience was great. I am only leaving because we are moving to a cloud based PIMS that duplicates the tasks that VetHero does for my clinic. They have been seriously great to work with and I will miss how responsive they have been to my clinic's needs.

Pros

The customer success specialist made the onboarding process easy. We utilized them mainly for their automated forms, which were very easy to use, create and edit. The website is also very easy to navigate. I loved the integration it had with my previous PIMS and allowed us to keep on top of changes to patient information, and helped us streamline our business and keep our forms compliant with legal requirements.

Cons

I wish that they had a whole practice management platform. The company was so easy to work with that I think given a few additional tools, they'd be able to handle everything a clinic would need for client communication, schedule, file management and customer billing.

Vet Hero created mobile friendly and web based forms that are much more convenient than printed forms that a client may or may not fill out completely.

### "Great budding all in one system for veterinary clinics"

We are a BETA clinic since it is new to our PMS. The team working with us has been great. The system when it's all set works very well to meet our needs. We've been very pleased. Sales team needs to be more transparent. We were sold on all the items that actually weren't developed yet

Pros

This has a TON of features. It's very close to being the perfect all in one system. Texting, forms communication/syncing with our PMS. It is awesome the ability to customize things on our end whenever we want.

Cons

The forms are visually unappealing. In a day where we are touting modern medicine, blah forms ruin that image we are trying to sell. An app would also be nice too, clients want an easy function.

VetHero was portrayed as having more things that we were looking for. Faster refresh time, more tools more customization

Overall good experience.

Pros

I love how you can tell easily which clients have confirmed their appointments and the real-time status of the appointment while the client is here.

Cons

Clients seem to complain about the frequency of reminder messages. They get multiple confirmation texts a day leading up to the appointment. There also does not seem to be an easy option to delete messages.

Pros

Its easy to use. Clients are able to see our real time schedule to make appointments. The reminder system is amazing, no more pesky post cards.

Cons

We don't really dislike anything, we are just awaiting the client portal to open. Where they can see their records and such!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team have been SOOOO helpful. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Love the software. Really don't have any complaints.

Pros

Super easy to learn and use. Helps minimize the staff's work by having an appointment confirmation and reminder system in place. Makes communicating with clients easy and convenient with the email and texting features. Love that is offers telemedicine options.

Cons

Because it is still being developed, the speed of the website slows down and has delays. Occasionally there are some kinks that pop up but the team always works them out.

Reason for choosing Vet Hero

The features of Vet Hero better matched what our hospital needed.

Pros

I love the paperless forms feature. I also like that the software updates frequently. Our previous software only updated about once per day, which got very frustrating for clients who received reminders for canceled appointments.

Cons

We are still in the testing phase, so I am unable to speak on the cons of this software currently.

Pros

The easy confirmations because it frees up so much time from having to call and confirm. Also enjoy the two way texting to contact clients.

Cons

Wish we were able to see in the messenger tab which phone numbers are being texted.

### "Simple to set up, easy to use."

Saving time with more communication being through the computer instead of the phone is a life saver at the moment. The set up was very easy and every person I've dealt with at VetHero has been superb in their customer service.

Pros

The ability to communicate via text through the computer is a game changer. This makes client interactions much easier. Being able to send forms through text is also a huge improvement over sending email attachments.

Cons

Waiting for texting from non-clients to be available. I'm assured this is being addressed right now and should be resolved in the next few weeks.
