There are no surprises, no gotchas. You make a mistake, Tencia tells you the mistake straight away. Otherwise you can correct it later. No penalties for being human. The email functionality and integration to other software products is a godsend. It just works Cons Nothing really. I looked at a lot of products and had good advice and I'm very happy with the outcome Reasons for choosing Tencia Ultimately it came down to price (we subscribe) and value for money.
