Overall the feed-it-back system has allowed my to have a greater impact in the business, allowing me to share both positive and improvement points directly with the teams across the UK. I love that we have a dedicated manager to contact for any questions or concerns. We have regular catch up calls which is always interesting as is gives us the time to go through points that need to be looked into.

Pros

i love that feed it back helps me keep connected with all of our customers across the UK, it gives me the power to have a great impact with our customers and build relationships and keep track of progress. having \[sensitive content hidden\] on hand for support is always great, she gets back to me ASAP with any updates and is a pleasure to speak with!

Cons

N/A its a great system, at this moment i do not have any cons!

Pros

Being able to see customers' comments, reviews, and feedback from a variety of different platforms, all in one place. Great analytics and reports - especially the new Reports Centre. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], is also extremely helpful and always super quick to support and action any requests. It's a pleasure working with her. She helped me test new surveys, which drove a considerable increase of survey responses and NPS score.

Cons

For a while survey types & templates was a little confusing as our whole survey set-up wasn't the best, however after a couple of calls with our account manager it all made sense.

Great experience with the platform. The people I have dealt with were great from setting up to support and additional reports needed to our account manager and general communication. I highly recommed it to businesses that intend to really understand how they are doing compared to the customer journey is for their business. FIB can easily give you great insights. You do need to drive the volume, as they really quality comes from also having a big enough sample size. But that problem can be easily solved as there are multiple ways to do exactly that.

Pros

I really enjoy the simplicity of the platform and ease of use and also the customizable reports. Seeing data the way you want to see it is very helpful and makes it easy to track

Cons

No real issues observed with the platform so far.

Easy to get up and running - minimal set up requirements if no integrations.Simple to manage, use and navigate the client dashboard.Client support team provide good service and are accommodating of requests for further info/insight.Feeditback seem to constantly look to improve the product and service that they offer.Monthly insight report on business performance vs industry is invaluable.

We're still very new to Feed it Back, but our store teams have been engaged with it from the get-go. Onboarding was an absolute breeze thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], and setup is beauuuutifully organised and so well thought-out - \[sensitive content hidden\] covered all bases, was so friendly and helpful, and has just been a star getting us live!

Pros

Convenient and easy to use, saves looooads of time responding to reviews, neatly collates info with loads of flexibility in looking at data across brand and in individual sites, highlights actionable points and allows for collaboration across depts to make sure customer experience is managed to the same standards in our digital and physical spaces.

Cons

Only that it would be great to integrate with TrustPilot and DesignMyNight to pull those reviews through to the 'respond' section too, but the vast vast majority of our reviews come through the platforms that are covered anyway!
