I found my experience overall with Feed it Back to be great, from first conversations to implementation and support, there was always someone there to help and make the process smooth which has resulted in us agreeing to roll out across all sites following a trial on 7 last year.

Pros

Integration with our EPOS system., richness of data and reporting, ease of use, instant feedback.

Cons

The reports wizard wasn't the easiest for me personally but I had amazing support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] so never went without the reporting I needed

Current product is still in situ but reviewing benefits of using only feed it back, with main being that it's real time data, it's extremely more specific and we can use the data to make improvements.

Seamless, extremely efficient, clear, concise and effective as soon as you go live.

Pros

Having the ability in real-time to collate all reviews from applicable channels not only makes our operation more efficient, it has allowed us to pivot when required to ensure our guest opinion score remains strong. The dashboard facility gives clear indication of not only individual restaurant training and development needs but brand level decisions which we now base on fact not feeling. The integration possibilities with other suppliers has made our 360 tech stack quite impressive, all of this married absolutely perfectly with great account and success management/training. Thank you FIB team.

Nothing stands out as a con. The system is easy to use and completely data driven.

Amazing piece of tech, very insightful for business decisions and a great customer success team.

Pros

Great system that enables to me to contact guests during & post visit to collect feedback. The feedback is collated, analysed and presented in an insightful highlighting areas of improvement. It has helped us identify which dishes aren't being executed properly, which dishes guests think are poor value for money, informed menu changes as well as service issues. So many features, all with huge business benefits and the customer success team are great, always there to help.

Cons

It has everything we need! The team there are always improving and developing their product so even if it doesn't have what you need, you don't wait long to get it.

Really enjoyed working with Feeditback and would happily work with them again in a future business opportunity.

Pros

The system is very user friendly, especially for those who perhaps aren't fully ICT literate. The team are always fantastic at responding and providing information for updates and keeping you posted on development of the site.

Cons

Some elements are a little clunky in the set up, once youv'e got your head around the different phrases, such as templates, branches etc it's smooth, but sometimes I do click on different links until I get to the right one. Perhaps a search help bar to help navigate easier.

Customer success team are incredible, on-hand to support but also fantastic at engaging our wider teams who are now thrilled with the platform.

Pros

The level of information obtained by the platform is unrivalled and the comparison against what we used to use to measure guest satisfaction is just another level. It's also incredible user friendly, we launched the platform across our 26 venues so easily and our teams really enjoy the insights they now have to support their business growth.

not really, there's a lot of features we probably aren't utilising at the moment but Feed It Back have arranged an academy session so I'm sure we'll start using them as we continue to work with the platform .

Pros

For a system as sophisticated as this to remain simple and user friendly compared to other forums is really quite remarkable. It pulls everything "under one roof" while making it super easy to use. Many different viewing options are available to cater to your specific needs of the business and allows you easily monitor areas of focus day to day. Help and advice is always on hand from the Feed It Back team to assist with any queries or changes that may be needed.

Cons

It would be great to have a function that takes you directly to comments where specific food items are mentioned, there are lots of ways at looking at the food scoring which is fab, but a quick shortcut to the comments would be beneficial.

I have found many features beneficial but, in my infancy and looking forward to gaining more insights.I have used other applications and so far Feed it Back has been great, lots of data to crunch.Impressed with the weekly and monthly reports and accompanying insights review.

It's been great and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been a huge help with setting up and teaching me how to use the programme! Any issues and he's a phone call away.

Pros

It's great to have all reviews and feedback across different platforms (google business, FB,FIB) all on one page. You can respond using FIB which is very efficient. FIB have also made it very easy to respond customers with their range of draft emails, which you can easily amend. It's also great to see if the customers has opened your email.

Cons

It would be helpful to see if somebody has already responded to the reviews as sometimes GM's respond directly via Google Business or FB. With COVID our reviews and NPS score decreased due to reasons we couldn't control e.g complaints regarding social distancing/prices of our cocktails (no discounts)

User Friendly, collates information for us where previously we manually collated on a spreadsheet which is cumbersome and labour intensive. Support from the team at Feed It Back has been great, our representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been a real asset and has been on hand throughout a very challenging time to help us whenever we've needed. Response rate from FIB has been fantastic.
