The FeedItBack team are great, with regular check-ins to update us on new developments and to ensure we're getting what we want from it. Excellent customer support.

Pros

Great integration across our EPOS, online ordering, social media and CRM systems to collate and manage guest feedback, gain insights into our customers' experience, and to clearly pinpoint what drives positive customer sentiment, all in one place. We use the system across the business from duty managers monitoring feedback in real-time to recognise and address issues; to Customer Services responding to and reporting back on guest feedback; to head chefs using dish insights data for menu planning, supplier management, and recipe refinement. A great tool for monitoring, managing and understanding customer experience, and for making data-driven decisions.

Cons

The unstructured feedback element is great for allowing venue teams to capture verbal guest comments and issues, but doesn't facilitate the same level of granularity/analysis as survey data (for example, it's not possible to tag dishes so that dish-related comments pull through to dish insights reporting). It's also worth noting that it does take time and resource to get the most benefit from the system.

From set up through to ongoing use, the FIB team are constantly on hand to train, advise, encourage and report back on how we are doing. Feed It Back has been one of the best tools implemented and used on a daily basis by our GM's, Ops teams and Head Office.

Pros

FIB has been the best tool to implement across our restaurants. Teams use this on a daily basis to see how they are performing and most importantly what guests think of their experience in one f our restaurants. Fro service flow to menu items, we monitor these closely and always listen to guest feedback, to ensure we are constantly providing world class guest experience.

Cons

Nothing not to like - Feed It Back has been an invaluable tool for us all here at Individual Restaurants.

Pros

It has been great to draw the occasional negative review away from public eyes, feedback received tends to be more constructive in nature and it is much easier to have good communication with any guests who have faced issues.We also have received consistently outstanding service from \[sensitive content hidden\], I can't think of another account manager who has been so readily supportive in any company!

Cons

the respond section can be a bit tricky to navigate and assign/flag cases to appropriate team members, especially if there is movement in peoples' positions.As I said earlier, I feel like being able to have a kind of "quick reply/assign/flag" on the score card section would be a massive help and also help with internal coms.

The customer care is absolutely excellent. Every project we have ever had, or needed, is always followed up promptly, and with great care. The development of the survey has enabled us to manage our products and service daily, with swift changes resulting in better customer service and ultimately profit.

Amazing piece of tech, very insightful for business decisions and a great customer success team.

Pros

Great system that enables to me to contact guests during & post visit to collect feedback. The feedback is collated, analysed and presented in an insightful highlighting areas of improvement. It has helped us identify which dishes aren't being executed properly, which dishes guests think are poor value for money, informed menu changes as well as service issues. So many features, all with huge business benefits and the customer success team are great, always there to help.

Cons

It has everything we need! The team there are always improving and developing their product so even if it doesn't have what you need, you don't wait long to get it.

Feed it Back have provided me with excellent service and continue to really support and help me develop our guest experience. Their business has always shown a mindset of "we want to help you" and I love that about their model. They are also all really lovely people which makes it so easy to do business with them.

Pros

It's really easy to use, particularly around reporting. I am not the most technically minded but it is simple to drill into and build reporting to understand better our customer journey. I love the dashboard and the case management tool. I am still working on my knowledge of understanding the full system as far as building surveys from scratch

Cons

I think help articles linked to certain pages would help make it easier to self serve, or an internet page with a "HOW TO" guide that I could refer to instead of bothering \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] all the time haha

It's the best tool I have used to help analyse the critical drivers within a guest experience and it is very user friendly with regards to survey completion. Using the data and the trends we have been above to move the level of performance significantly during the year and this analysis has been the basis with which we have built our operational execution strategy. In addition to this the support and service has been exceptional with add ons and specific requests being actioned very quickly and they have a customer first mentality.

Pros

The features are simple and really easy to use.

Cons

I would like more info on NPS breakdown which I know can be Power BI generated but on the dashboard would be nice.

Great experience with the platform. The people I have dealt with were great from setting up to support and additional reports needed to our account manager and general communication. I highly recommed it to businesses that intend to really understand how they are doing compared to the customer journey is for their business. FIB can easily give you great insights. You do need to drive the volume, as they really quality comes from also having a big enough sample size. But that problem can be easily solved as there are multiple ways to do exactly that.

Pros

I really enjoy the simplicity of the platform and ease of use and also the customizable reports. Seeing data the way you want to see it is very helpful and makes it easy to track

Cons

No real issues observed with the platform so far.

Overall FiB is a great platform to have if you really want to know what your guests have to say, the service from either \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in the past, or currently with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has always been second to none, nothing is too much trouble and the way she explains things has always been great and easy to understand. Well done Feeditback!

Pros

At first i found it a bit full on, but like everything else once you get to know it it's very simple to navigate. Also whenever i've had any question about it i've always have had someone on the other side able to assist me with which is always nice. In addition to this it's also adaptable to any electronic device.

Cons

Some of the metrics can be rather difficult to understand as they contain an awful lot of information, in my opinion a bit too much, i sense too much is never enough for some but personally there's stuff that gets repeated too often.

We use it weekly at an Ops level but our sites use it daily. It well received from our teams for its ease of use.

Pros

Feeditback is a great tool to use to monitor all online presence as well as the customer feedback surveys. Having it all in one place makes it easier to reply and engage with our happy or not happy customers.

Cons

I suppose giving out the tables for feedback. Staff are more inclined to give to customers they know had a good time. We are working on getting the surveys other ways.

Having all feedback sources and being able to respond in one dashboard is fantastic. Easily used by my team. The restaurants and operations team having direct access to their feedback, KPI tracking is so important and all easily done on the dashboard.

Cons

No real cons as any queries or 'wish-list' functions are discussed with the team on the possibility of development.

Main benefits: - customer management efficiency has increased - data collection and analysis made easier - being able to detail cross venue/branch analysis which we've never really been able to do before

Pros

The fact we can now collate all our customer feed back in one place has been a game changer for us. We have been able to handle our digital customer service a lot more efficiently and cutting out the middle man of passing feedback to department to department as it is all in one accessible place. Thanks to the in-depth sessions, from our wonderful onboarding coordinator \[sensitive content hidden\] (she has been amazing) the system is really straight forward to use and the data we've managed to collect is invaluable.

Cons

There isn't majorly anything we dislike about feedback, so far the process has been fit for purpose and exactly what has been described to us.

Reason for choosing Feed It Back

We had seen this from personal emails from establishments already using the product and liked how efficient and quick it was for customers and wanted something like that for our own.

Really enjoyed working with Feeditback and would happily work with them again in a future business opportunity.

Pros

The system is very user friendly, especially for those who perhaps aren't fully ICT literate. The team are always fantastic at responding and providing information for updates and keeping you posted on development of the site.

Cons

Some elements are a little clunky in the set up, once youv'e got your head around the different phrases, such as templates, branches etc it's smooth, but sometimes I do click on different links until I get to the right one. Perhaps a search help bar to help navigate easier.

Pros

Feed it back is a great way to collate all feedback and reviews into one dashboard. You can see everything in one place and the reporting is very useful.

Cons

The platform can be a little busy and clunky, however once you use this frequently you get use to it very quickly.

Feed it Back has added significant value to our business. We are delighted with it and the team that support us.

Pros

Feedback integrates seemlessly with our EPOS and customer apps enabling us to get rick feedback on all customer interactions cross our different brands and locations. It also help personalise and manage customer communications and acts as an aid to team training. Feedback all in one place that can be analysed in granular detail and complaints never get forgotten and easily addressed with a customer voucher and personalised reply.

Cons

Some day to day management functions are not as intuitive or easy to use but the customer support team alwasy help address any issues quickly and all feedback is taken on board. We expect most of these issues to be addressed in the next month through new releases. The business lives up to it name and takes on board all customer feedback and acts on it.

Reason for choosing Feed It Back

Fit for pupose and integrates well with our EPOS.

Since we have had Caroline, it has been very beneficial. She is an asset to feed it back, supporting us in how to make the best use of the platform and data. Pre Caroline, we didn't have the tools to use to our full capability and she has worked hard with us to streamline our feed it back and get very useful data.

Pros

There are a lot of functions and information available, once you know how to navigate the system. Drill into problem areas of the business, from food and drink comments from our guests.

Cons

Doesn't integrate with the pay at the table 'Sunday app' so we cant prompt guests to leave reviews on paying.
