As a multi branded business the use of multiple logins to access each of the brands can be a laborious process to access the reviews.

We're still very new to Feed it Back, but our store teams have been engaged with it from the get-go. Onboarding was an absolute breeze thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], and setup is beauuuutifully organised and so well thought-out - \[sensitive content hidden\] covered all bases, was so friendly and helpful, and has just been a star getting us live!

Pros

Convenient and easy to use, saves looooads of time responding to reviews, neatly collates info with loads of flexibility in looking at data across brand and in individual sites, highlights actionable points and allows for collaboration across depts to make sure customer experience is managed to the same standards in our digital and physical spaces.

Cons

Only that it would be great to integrate with TrustPilot and DesignMyNight to pull those reviews through to the 'respond' section too, but the vast vast majority of our reviews come through the platforms that are covered anyway!

The platform allows me to gather a high level of intelligence about our business, but if there any gaps then the Customer Service team are always quick to respond and help.

Pros

Quick, easy to understand overview of our customer's experience as a whole. Clear and concise for our teams to manage their feedback and contact guests where required.

Cons

Automated trend data on more metrics would be beneficial (i.e. negative topic tags and dish performance).

I love that we can capture real guest feedback and are able to deep dive into the detail. We can then constantly look for ways to improve guest experience and performance.

Cons

Would be great to integrate with our EPOS so that Dishes would automatically appear in the guest survey.

Cons

That machines are getting closer and closer .. but tech can only go so far, so it needs to be considered alongside other data points.

We're currently using Feed It Back to focus on and improve our takeaway and delivery service during the pandemic and to ensure that we remain competitive once restrictions ease. FIB has allowed us to setup a comprehensive Mystery Diner and takeaway specific survey to gain valuable insight into this area.

Pros

Easy to use dashboard for restaurants teams, ops and central support providing invaluable insight into our day to day operation and helping us improve our offering across the business. Reporting is clear and concise with flexibility for us to change metrics where areas need improvement.

Cons

Nothing that I think could be improved at the moment

Pros

Caroline has been extremely helpful in training and supporting me. I have found many features beneficial but, in my infancy and looking forward to gaining more insights.I have used other applications and so far Feed it Back has been great, lots of data to crunch.Impressed with the weekly and monthly reports and accompanying insights review.

Cons

Trend analysis data required along with a line chart, line chart useful for quick visual but does not give enough.Access to Power BI to build individual reports using simple data sets.

Great software and great people - the perfect combination!

Pros

With 85 million customers a year stopping with us, we wanted to introduce a system that could gather data to help us better understand our customers and give us actionable information to help elevate our customer experience. Feed It Back provides us with the tool that we need to drill into the data and integrates with our existing CRM database which is even better.

Cons

There are no real cons, the only thing I would like to see introduced would be the ability to have multiple Google listings reporting into one branch.

It's been great and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been a huge help with setting up and teaching me how to use the programme! Any issues and he's a phone call away.

Pros

It's great to have all reviews and feedback across different platforms (google business, FB,FIB) all on one page. You can respond using FIB which is very efficient. FIB have also made it very easy to respond customers with their range of draft emails, which you can easily amend. It's also great to see if the customers has opened your email.

Cons

It would be helpful to see if somebody has already responded to the reviews as sometimes GM's respond directly via Google Business or FB. With COVID our reviews and NPS score decreased due to reasons we couldn't control e.g complaints regarding social distancing/prices of our cocktails (no discounts)

Positive. It has helped us to manage our feedback data in a cohesive way, responding to guests has become exponentially easier and the team at Feed It Back have been very helpful.

Pros

User Friendly, collates information for us where previously we manually collated on a spreadsheet which is cumbersome and labour intensive. Support from the team at Feed It Back has been great, our representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been a real asset and has been on hand throughout a very challenging time to help us whenever we've needed. Response rate from FIB has been fantastic.

Cons

None- we're happy with the system and with the service we've received.

From the very start the team at FIB have been so incredibly helpful and have made the whole process and implementation of this product so easy. They take the time to teach you everything you need to know about the software, and are always on call to help if and when needed. I cannot fault a single aspect of the software itself or the team at FIB.

Cons

At the moment, and I am a year in to using FIB now, I cannot fault anything, and there is nothing I don't like.

Before we started using Feed it Back, replying to reviews was a nearly full time job. Now, I am able to quickly see all feedback in one place and I can asses this feedback easily to see where were are excelling or falling down.

Pros

Product is easy to use and is customisable to our companies needs. The support team is efficient, helpful and are lovely people.

I don't find anything wrong with this product, I am more than happy with all aspects

Collates all of your reviews wherever they may be posted into one singular place, ensuring that anything and everything can be tracked and replied to. The reporting is fantastic and means a lot less time spent collating figures from everywhere. Fantastic!

Pros

It's super easy to use. Has a great user interface, provides valuable reporting and analytic functions. Support team are fantastic and really go the extra mile.

Cons

I use this software for internal engagement so there is room for additional features that enable the product adapted for use internal rather than just with guests. That being said, they are really open to feedback and work to get necessary updates pushed through quickly.
