This system has helped benchmark the different aspects of our service to enable us to track and improve our business which at times can be hard to put a figure on regarding how well you're doing (outside of revenue of course). The team at FIB have been amazing and helped at every stage to make the signing on process and integration into 'normal' working life seamless.

Pros

The software is easy to use and very intuitive once you get used to navigating around the system (in fact I found the upgrade from using the system 18mth ago in a previous role, a big improvement) and enables you to really highlight the positives sometimes that go unseen, as well as focus in on areas of improvement needed.

Cons

you need to spend the time on setting up the system initially, but once it's up and running, it's very easy to keep updated.

Very good! The team is very helpful, fast responses and always on top of things. Thank you to the team!

Pros

The tool is very flexible and it's great to see that the platform is also developing. You can get so many insights from the tool that are very helpful for the operations. We use it on a weekly basis & our teams really like the platform!

Cons

The cases. It would be great to rather have a sort of "instant messaging" for the different cases that are being created.

Pros

Our account manager is incredible and gets it. She's been on site multiple times and doesn't push us to 'how to guides'

Cons

Can't give a huge amount on this as we have only used it for 6-8 weeks.
