I get pretty much all of my business leads using LinkedIN. Cons I don't like the fact that the job postings can sonetimes be spam. I believe it would be much better for applying for jobs if there was a better system to filter out spam job offers. Also, pftentimes my inbox is filled with unsolicited emails advertising colleges and business services.
