Pros

What I love most about linkedin for business is that it gives me the ability to track every individual that submit their resume for job application and also able to check applicant past work experience inorder to fix them in the appropriate section

Cons

I think the interface on mobile still need a little bit of improvement,other than that everything is top notch

### "Great Networking Platform"

Very fun. I had a separate account years prior when I worked in accounting but opted for a fresh look when I got involved in the arts. Its an incredible field to be in, very demanding but one that helps shape a person in ways I dont think can be achieved any more successfully. LinkedIn is just a super cool place for people to meet and network and share ideas and opportunities with a growing world thats in need of its services. So much good could come from ideas like this one and i think future generations can do so much more their world if they were aware of the people and opportunities and work that was done prior to them taking the reigns. The world is changing so rapidly and its important to be tuned in and aware, open and active; so this is a great place for intelligent, driven people who desire to achieve.

Pros

LinkedIn, from my understanding, is/was one of the original networking platforms for professionals. The interface is simple, modern and very user-friendly. Ive run across some of the coolest profiles of modern day creators for this generation. Theres so much to learn about different areas of business and education that you may not know exists otherwise. Very trendy, cool & classy souls and its just a great place to start if you're looking to advance your career or financial situation in any way. Very down to earth vibe, and the people generally are very open and accepting. Intelligent beings, I really enjoyed a lot of my time there!

Cons

Its not so much the software as it is the economy. I feel like the world slowed down a lot several years ago, and if you werent in the know you missed the shift. I feel like theres a new avenue in business in America that wasnt there before and because Im not involved I get a since of just boredom or almost like a stagnation, so Im not as active in the community as I used to be. Theres a whole new group of professionals in a different field of work that i feel like i really missed out on, so the swing of things has changed a bit. I literally feel the difference .. only complaint I think I have about the software is the mailbox. It can be kind of irritating. But otherwise most of the features are awesome.

Const, there are not too many. In my opinion, there is no problem. everyone will find their place.

Overall I like the platform and have been using it for a few years and it allows me to be close to the community in my segment and meet more people and events and even some job openings.

Pros

What attracts me most about this platform is being able to be close to my corporate community and interact with them, getting to know profiles from the same segment as mine or different ones.

Cons

One of the disadvantages of the platform that affects me a lot is the job search issue. The search tool needs to be improved as it is not accurate in its function.

It's a good platform to showcase your business culture to potential employees so that your next hire will be from LinkedIn itself.

Pros

I liked the network management on LinkedIn, where I can find indirect connections in other companies to get more exposure. I can get notification or updates regarding my network that make this platform very corporate friendly. Also, I can message or directly promote a product to my network, either by public posts or messaging. This helps me know my potential clients know better.

Cons

Only thing that bother me is that promotional mails from LinkedIn as this annoys me.

It lets you chat with people in your network in real-time. You can leave messages for people outside your connections domain to grow your network or help in career growth. There are some cool features like “Who has viewed your profile,” search jobs, read news, try premium for free, view profiles anonymously, and so on. You can recommend and refer your colleagues, join groups, follow companies, respond to notifications, manage invitations at your pace. You can also read newsletters, track people, create events, or review your privacy settings to finetune your social media strategies. Recent changes have made this professional networking site turn into a usual social media page. Secondly, there are many features available only on the paid platform. Subscription plans may be a bit expensive for a large majority of users. Finally, there are many fake profiles on LinkedIn, which makes your extensive network meaningless to some extent. Finally, it does not have an obituary, so perhaps you may find yourself approaching a dead man to pitch for yourself!

Une expérience globalement positive. J'utilise l'outil depuis plus de 5 ans et je ne compte pas m'arrêter là. Elle ne dispense par contre pas d'utiliser d'autre plateforme d'emplois

Pros

C'est une application/ réseau que j'utilise au quotidien pour la recherche nouveau candidat pour des entreprises. Elle permet la gestion des candidatures, des CVs. Elle permet de trouver les profils qui correspondent à une offre en quelques clics. C'est le réseau professionnel leader.

Cons

Son principal inconvénients c'est son coût qui est assez élevé. Mais en terme de recrutement rien n'est jamais trop cher.

Pros

We had the chance to try it for a month. LinkedIn makes it easy to search for the right person; you can filter your results by name, company, title, industry, location or keyword. If you need to narrow your search further, LinkedIn lets you choose whether you're looking for an executive or a manager at a specific company. In addition to these standard filters, LinkedIn allows users to see suggestions based on people they may know in common or those who share mutual contacts. With its vast trove of professional info and connections, LinkedIn can be a valuable resource when you're looking for new employees, business partners, or vendors. It is also an excellent place to keep up with industry news and other developments that may affect your business. The company offers a lot of content, training, and opportunities for professional networking, providing the insight and knowledge you need to grow your business.The Premium version lets you see who has viewed your profile and message them directly. You can also connect with people who aren’t currently members of LinkedIn, but are in your network through other social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter.LinkedIn offers plenty of career advice, too—from interviewing tips to resume advice—so that you know how best to put yourself out there in terms of job-seeking activities.

Cons

The price is very off-putting for small businesses, even after the annual discount (it costs €446.18 before tax...). I do see the value though, but we'll wait until we've grown a bit more, to afford the annual price.

It has been great experience in using LinkedIn for searching relevant global contacts and companies all over the regions. I always give first preference to LinkedIn and suggest it to my colleagues. Its fantastic!!!

Pros

In LinkedIn, Most favorite section is contact profile because In profile, after reading someone's profile we can come to know about relevant part, Working Duration in specific company shows the valid contact/profile to connect and build the professional relationship. sometimes CV's and Cell phone numbers are available in LinkedIn profile section which helps us to connect easily.

Cons

As a basic user, Linkedin needs to provide Advanced search atleast for 50 contacts search. Rest of the features are ok.

We use this platform mostly for social media, but have used it for 1 position to fill as well. Overall LinkedIn seems like a great community to be a part of as we grow and create a more professional footprint in the world.

Pros

The feature is free, and most companies should have a business account for social media anyway. LinkedIn is becoming a prominent platform for job-seekers so if you are looking for top talent you are sure to get a lot of good applicants. It was easy to track the different applicants and what stage they were at as interviews were going on.

Cons

I feel like it is not a one-stop shop for recruiting. We did not end up finding the person we filled the position with, so although it is becoming more popular, there are other platforms that job-seekers use. We also felt a little confined by price, so we could not promote it as much as we wanted to as it was a little outside of our budget.

It is quite obvious, that all the time they take you down paths that if you do not have the paid category, you do not achieve what you want, for example. how you can contact successful or high-ranking professionals in his organization. But, is "acceptable" is part of their business

was able to meet professionals, greet and interact, and it also allows me to show my potential in my profile, added to the follow-up, alerts, and all the characteristics previously evaluated.

Cons

Well, due to my ability to observe what others don't, I once confirmed that they motivate you with unreal opportunities, now not if they do, I alerted them. They ignored. I understand that they can stimulate and motivate with posts, or other things to keep their users always activated. In my case, knowing about my experience does not motivate me so much, I do my relationships, and with medium expectations. Nothing else. You evaluate if my report is confidential or reserved, you will know how to handle it with prudence.

Overall, I see the benefit of LinkedIn for Business. Perhaps an idea to share would be offering discounted rates to certain industries like healthcare workers, social service professionals, and non-profit professionals who use this feature, but who don't have an abundance of professional dollars to spend on this software.

Pros

The feature that I liked most about the LinkedIn for Business software was the ability to see the connections who had reviewed my profile. This was like an informal way to tracking leads because I could then connect with them directly.

Cons

Unfortunately, the deterrent to cancel my subscription was the cost. At this time, I could no justify paying for a service when so many of the features are available in the free version, so the cost is the element that I like the least.

Overall my experience has been positive and any cons I would list I'd consider nit-picky. The daily experience is something that I look forward to and I consider it a part of my routine. The leads management function has an incredible ease of use factor.

Pros

Key features are Lead Management and the ability to search for contacts. Being able to find and save leads are critical components to the software. I use LinkedIn on a daily basis and viewing the activity of my leads has become important parts of my daily routine.

Cons

I wish there were ways to tell if a message or request has been viewed by a lead. A way to tell that a lead has read or how much time they spent reading a message would be great to know. More analytics would be nice.

I've gotten opportunities on this software and I've also been able to interact with companies that may not have given me the same attention outside social media. People and companies can easily check out people's resume and achievements easily and recruit employees without stress.

Pros

The resume page is my favourite feature of this software. The fact that one can easily line up their achievements in order, tag companies, and easily update promotions or job change is excellent.

Cons

A lot of job recommendations doesn't fit the fixed job alerts. If I select a job alert for Translation jobs I do not expect to get jobs like Content writing in my job alerts.
