Pros LinkedIn Jobs is an excellent app for employers due to its extensive network. It's a must-have for job seekers because the majority of its features are free. When it comes to premium features, it costs a lot. It's simple to use and use to apply for jobs. The LinkedIn app is an excellent tool that allows employers to monitor, evaluate, and converse with candidates. Cons The fact that companies may view your profile and hire or reject you based on appearance rather than qualifications is the one thing I do have a problem with. Cons I don't like the fact that the job postings can sonetimes be spam. I believe it would be much better for applying for jobs if there was a better system to filter out spam job offers. Also, pftentimes my inbox is filled with unsolicited emails advertising colleges and business services.
