They are always looking for add ons to the software to further improve the user experience and I see great things coming from teaming up with Mecpro. I did my research in the beginning and contacted several other CRM type providers and was immediately met with high pressure sales tactics for a product that came with a much higher price tag. I'm sure they would be fine for my business, however, Mecpro made sure that this was the right software for me and I never once felt pressure to sign up and lock myself in.

Pros

The single best part about this software may not even be the software itself. The experience in dealing with their team has been one of the most positive I have had in both my work and personal life. They are able to quickly tailor the software to my specific needs and are always open and responsive to my requests. They have created a software which can take me from quote to job to work orders to purchase orders to seamless invoicing and integration with Quickbooks Online. They are always looking for add ons to the software to further improve the user experience and I see great things coming from teaming up with Mecpro. They also include a powerful scheduling tool which helps to keep everything in line along the way.

Cons

Mecpro is relatively new to the market and there are some bugs to work out along the way. That being said, I send an email and the problem is corrected generally within minutes! Their strong support team ensures that things continue to run smoothly.

Reasons for choosing MEC Pro

Mecpro provided a level of support I have not seen before as well as an extremely competitive price tag. As a small business it is always a risk to take on additional costs. Other companies software can cost as much as a truck payment and apply high pressure sales tactics to try and close the deal even if the fit is not right. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this company. I look forward to a very long relationship with the Mecpro team along with continued growth and success for both of us.
