Employee & payroll management is the most important for any business and I think this software has solved my purpose. The team at runtime are very supportive and helped me a lot in setting up the software for my company.

Pros

After the basic company configuration was done, i found the software very user friendly and it was very easy to use. It saved lot of time that I used to spend in preparing manual reports.

Cons

Each company has its own way of functioning and have their own rules and logic behind the rules. As this is a dynamic software not all my company process could be fit in. Instead, I have revised my process flow to match with the software. I am happy that i could blend my process flow to match with the software without any hassle.

Very easy interface, great attendance system. Its better than thumb print system.

Cons

Runtime HRMS now supports remote attendance using Runtime Workman mobile app.
