The team at runtime are very supportive and helped me a lot in setting up the software for my company. Pros After the basic company configuration was done, i found the software very user friendly and it was very easy to use. It saved lot of time that I used to spend in preparing manual reports. Cons Each company has its own way of functioning and have their own rules and logic behind the rules. As this is a dynamic software not all my company process could be fit in. Instead, I have revised my process flow to match with the software. I am happy that i could blend my process flow to match with the software without any hassle.
