Bis jetzt erst einen Teil entdeckt, wahrscheinlich noch einiges mehr an Value vorhanden. Pros Approovd hat mir mit wenig Aufwand genau die Verträge gegeben, die ich gebraucht habe. Es sind aber nicht nur die Vorlagen, sondern auch die Sicherheit, dass diese der nötigen Qualität entsprechen. Cons Fällt mir nichts ein momentan, muss ich wohl zuerst noch mehr entdecken. The easiness to create documents through a simple questionnaire, coupled with an interface where you can store all your most important legal documents has made me avoid a lot of back and forth between 2rd parties and also with my colleagues. The most essential features you need to manage your contracts are centralised in Approovd + I don't need to worry about Swiss regulation as each document is compliant! Cons The interface could be more user-friendly and with more customisation features and some further analytics (number of signatures, time to sign a contract...).
