Pros

The dashboards contained in Officetroops offers all the information necessary to manage the entire talent search and selection process and quickly detect bottlenecks, all through a highly intuitive interface, with a high-level user experience. Artificial intelligence applied in the selection process reduced hiring times, in addition, Officetroops encourages video interaction with candidates, with the option of Company and candidate Presentation videos, and also allowing candidates to describe relevant aspects of their work experiences, all before starting the pre-selection, which allows to better know the candidates and provides additional information that facilitates the screening process. It has a mobile application to monitor all the open jobs and another for video interviews that allows us to have full connectivity anywhere. It is a great solution to manage the selection processes and develop the employer brand with its integration with social networks and any career page.

This tool has made my life easy and unlike other products I have used, it did not ask me too many questions to setup and was really uncomplicated. At the same time I like that it used intelligence to match candidates and I could find the resumes I liked easily. There are other nice features like digging into your pipeline for a good match – I found some candidates that way. I would say this has made my at least 3 times as productive as I was through handling more jobs.

Pros

Having used many ATS platforms through my career, I was amazed at how easy to use OfficeTroops was. It was very intuitive and didn’t require any training. I like the way they have made the display easy to understand. No integration was required.

Cons

They provide easy customization options. I can call the steps of recruitment what we call in our company so I had no problem there. I really had no complaints. They also define roles clearly so you have to assign those roles to your organization. Best part, there are no limits on the number of users you can invite.
