Channels nous a permis d'améliorer significativement notre communication interne. Que ce soit pour des rappels réguliers, de la communication de crise ou des informations d'ordre générales l'outil nous permet de cibler de manière pertinente nos utilisateurs.

Pros

Channels est un outil qui se met en place très rapidement. Après une heure de transfert de compétences, nous sommes autonomes sur l'outil.

Cons

Au démarrage de notre projet Channels, nous avons rencontré des difficultés lié aux environnement RDS. Mais ces difficultés ont rapidement été gommées par une évolution des outils.

Channels is an excellent application, not only is it user friendly, but it provides many capabilities at your fingertips.

Pros

Its User friendly and easy to use. Lockscreens, backgrounds, notifications and alerts appear instantly after publishing.

Cons

At first i experienced issues with the Target setup, due to different BUs, but as always. Telelogos was right there to assist and provided me with a solution to use criteria's for target filtering.

Très bonne expérience. Cet outil facilite grandement notre communication interne sur tous types de sujets (institutionnel, technique, communication)

Pros

Facilité de déploiement et d'usage. Ergonomie simple et efficace. Ne nécessite pas de formation en interne.

Cons

Intégration sur un environnement Citrix ou RDS. Mais l'équipe Telelogos nous accompagne pour implémenter l'outil en environnement partagé.

Utiliser pour informer en temps réelle une flotte de commerciaux équipé de tablette sur de la disponibilité de produits, ruptures, relances etc...

Pros

Simplicité d'utilisation, fonctionne à 100%, toute les notifications sont reçus et intégration parfaite à Windows. Suivi du visionnage, plus efficace que les mails.

Cons

Aucun aspects négatifs particuliers. Le produit est régulièrement mis à jour et la r&d prends en compte les demande d'évolution.
