The platform gave us the ability to run an event that would othersize have been cancelled. We were able to have 113 speakers from 22 countries delivering 119 topics to 400+ delegates over 3 days, in 3 different time zones. Pretty impressive Pros The chatroom and interactivity of the platform meant that the engagement of the delegates, speakers and exhibitors was extremely high. It felt if it was a live event. The gaming also engaged the delegates with the exhibitors Cons The administration was very manual. For non techy people it would be a lot to understand. We were very lucky to have the support of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from V-Unite who helped us build the event. This was essential for us not only in time management but to ensure it was done right. Uploading delegates manually was a relentless task open to human error Reason for choosing V-Unite My \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] had used it at a different meeting and saw it initially as an option for us to create a hybrid meeting. when Covid hit, we were able to convert to a fully virtual meeting and continue our event Review Source AR Alan R. V-Unite gives them an experience like no other with slick ease of use navigation. We are using different applications across many market sectors including travel, hospitality, retailing, government and sports. The most important thing is to engage with clients enabling us to develop ongoing relationships and loyalty. Pros The software really engages clients and consumers. The graphics are excellent, its very easy to use and the navigation is slick. The software integrates well with other applications and e-commerce sites for immediate purchase of goods. We are looking forward to the opportunity to continue our relationship and take advantage of the changes to the platform as V-Unite looks to evolve the product to meet customer needs and the quickly changing landscape. Pros We enjoyed the highest attended annual meeting in the history of the organization. The V-Unite platform made our attendees feel like they were at the annual meeting. It is extremely easy to navigate and intuitive. Our attendees felt connected and were able to interact with our faculty. Our attendees loved the platform and we are looking at expanding its use to year-long. Access to content for 30 days post live meeting was a great value offering. Cons We are currently working with V-Unite to add functionality to increase the engagement opportunity for attendees and our exhibiting companies . V-Unite has been very flexible and responsive in this regard. Changes are already underway. They made the event run seamlessly and gave everyone an amazing virtual experience. Pros The v-unite software from its innovative animations and templates, clean layout and ease of navigation and functionality made our virtual event a true experience for our attendees. The networking via the chat lounges gave our attendees the ability to network as groups and engage in conversations via text or privately one to one through clear video or audio chat. The clean layout of the Auditoriums meant it was easy to find the educational sessions and provides the ability to run simulate or live sessions with live chat happening during the sessions. The exhibition halls were again easy to navigate and brows the latest products on the market, engage with company representatives and also download product information for future reference. It's become now part of the business as our other internal divisions are using the software for their own needs. Pros We signed up to the V-Unite subscription package that enables use to host as many meetings and events throughout the year. We have connected our ZOOM account with virtual rooms we created in the platform. We even have a very cool elevator transition that takes everyone that attends our regular board meetings and Think Tank events. All of our employees and clients really love the platform as the navigation of the is super easy and it looks great on a mobile device. Cons There wasnt anything we didn't like. Pros It was very easy to use and navigate around for our delegates. We host small 50 person business workshops and being a monthly subscription made it very affordable. Cons We liked it all. What they say they do and the software never let us down. Reason for choosing V-Unite We really enjoyed how you could do everything within the V-Unite portal. It was very cost effective. It was the only software we saw that gave a delegate a real experience of feeling like attending an actual physical event. Cons The continuity of the video presentation does not coincide with the real time presentation in a face to face conference thus creating confusion to the attendees , they were thinking that the video presentation was cut of abruptly i fact the time limit was reached that is why the lecture has ended.
