The customer service is also normally quick and effective. If issues arise they are normally fixed quickly. Pros Simple yet customizable. The data linking lookup saves much time on the data input side because you can have data auto-populate. Cons There can be glitches at times, but normally this is if you are piloting new features for your company. There is room to grow in the reporting side in displaying the data which has been input. However work has been done and continues to be done in this direction. We were satisfied as our request was developed at the next update. Pros This platform helps a lot with our daily routine. The guard's patrol is more detailed and trackable by NFC support and any issue is reported with photo directly to the client. Our job is more professional with digital processing. Cons In the beginning, it is a bit hard for us to learn new software, but the support is great and responded quickly to any question. Pros Not much. Cons 1\. The UI does not follow conventional input rules. - Tab does not move to the next field. 2. The UI creates unnecessary noises during use. 3. Pull down menus are often blocked by the on screen keyboard. 4. As an approver, the forms add zero value to the workflow and do not present information in a way easy to review and approve. 5. Forms requires lots of scrolling and information density is poor. 6. The approval process has no return to submitter/reject. Pros I like the customizable features, absolutely everything can be customized. It creates PDF documents which are easy to email. If your employee is using a personal cell phone, the data usage is negligible. The forms are extremely easy to use. Creating custom forms is extremely easy as well. The biggest thing i want to stress is that you create forms which work exactly for your company. This is basically impossible to find for the price anywhere else. Good, immediate customer service as well. Cons The software is constantly under development, which is a good thing, however does cause glitches randomly, which for some older/non-tech savvy employees can be frustrating. There are random glitches in the upload process, or forms which become corrupted easily. However, these glitches are definitely disappearing as Powerful Forms continues to receive feedback.
