Nothing it too much to ask. Always try and do their best to support clients and users. Pros I like the way it makes it easy for organisations to set up a social collaboration and recognition environment for groups of employees, whether remote, deskless or in the office. Cons As with all these types of software, it does take commitment from an organisation to make engagement software work and be adopted. However NAIS are pretty good at supporting even complex deployments and have an interesting perspective on the importance of Positive Appreciation.
