Je Mehr Traffic (Kontakte, Spender,...) umso höher die Kosten. Aber das ist das Geschäftsmodell und ok

das CRM, ich finde das Kontakte Management echt gut

Cons

das Format indem Telefonnummern eingegeben werden und gesucht werden können --- wenn ein Mitarbeiter eine Nummer mit Lehrzeichen eingibt und ich diese versuche über die Smartsuche zu finden (z.B. ich habe eine Nummer auf dem Display verpasst und will. via smartsuche wissen, wer mich angerufen hat) habe ich selten einen Treffer, da ich die Nummer ohne oder mit Lehrzeichen suche, sie aber exakt in dem Format sein muss, wie bei der Fundraisingbocx eingegeben

Cons

\- Das Tool, um Kontakte nach gewissen Kategorien zu filtern. Zu komplex und nicht komplett verlässlich. Schade - weil ich dieses Tool brauche.

Die Fundraisingbox ist sehr übersichtlich und ich habe alle relevanten Daten zu Spendern und Transaktionen an einem Ort gespeichert. Durch die Fundraisingbox spare ich mir sehr viel Arbeit, die wir davor manuell gemacht haben.

Cons

Bisher hat eigentlich alles immer geklappt. Im Moment fällt mir nichts ein, was mir nicht gefällt. Eine App wäre sicher etwas schönes.

Bis auf die fehlende Telefon-Hotline arbeite ich gerne mit der FundraisingBox.

Pros

1\. Recht einfache Verwaltung unserer Mitglieder- und Spenderdaten. 2. Einfache Erstellung von Spendenquittungen am Beginn eines neuen Jahres. 3. Komode Zuordnung der Spendeneingänge zu den Spendern. 4. Guter Überblick über die eingegangenen Spenden in den letzten 12 Monaten.

Cons

1\. Alte BAnkverbindungen, die nicht mehr exixtieren, können bei den Spendern nicht gelöscht werden; ansonsten lassen sich ja alle Daten ändern. 2. Neue Spenderkontakte werden aus den ÜW-Trägern falsch angelegt. 3. Das es bei Problemen nur sehr schwer ist, jemanden ans Telefon zu kriegen. Manche Probleme ließen sich beim Telefonat viel leichter lösen.

Leichte und schnelle Umsetzung der Integrierung in unser System. Die Formulare waren einfach zu erstellen und auch die Zahlungsweisen waren leicht anzulegen. An sich läuft es relativ reibungslos, bis auf wenige Ausnahmefälle.

Pros

Einfache und leichte Benutzeroberfläche, gute Auswertungsmöglichkeiten für Daten, sehr gutes Hilfecenter in dem man die meisten Fragen über Tutorials beantworten kann

Cons

Für reine Spenden ist das Programm gut geeignet, wir verwalten damit aber Patenschaften. Dabei gibt es einige Probleme mit der Verarbeitung der Daten durch benuterdefinierte Felder die in das Formular eingefügt werden mussten. Oft werden diese Felder bei Spendern die zweimal hintereinander Spenden einfach überschrieben. Außerdem kann ich in der Fundraising Box nicht nach Patentieren suchen. Auch der Support kann da nicht helfen.

Ohne Fundraisingbox wäre ich mit der Spendenverwaltung ziemlich überfordert. Das hieße auch, dass viele Spenden nicht zustande kämen. Für die Einrichtung erhielt ich prompten Support. Allein hätte ich das nicht geschafft.

Pros

Mir hilft sehr die einfache Beantwortung zu den eingegangenen Spenden.

Cons

Leider muss ich die SEPA-Lastschriftaufträge an die Bank "händisch" übermitteln. Da verliere ich manchmal den Überblick. Zum Glück werden die XML-Dateien korrekt erstellt.
