Pros It has some features not offered by general dentistry software. Cons 1\. Half of what the sales person told me at the AAOMS meeting was false. 2. Simple tasks take 2 to 3 times as many clicks as needed. 3. The EHR is not integrated into the practice management software, you have to open it separately. I asked why the poor design and the rep told me so they could sell an additional product to current users. 4. Hard to find anything, the opposite of user-friendly, you end up having to call the company just to remember how to generate a report. 5. Just had the latest version installed, more bugs on the new program than the old. I spend about 3 weeks trying to iron things out with the company, they ended up reinstalling every computer and told me they didn't know why the software had not installed properly. Functionality I had in the previous version continues not to work in the "new" version to this day. 6. I'm just getting started, but you get the idea. After having about $30,0000 invested in this software I have made the decision to drop it and find something else. That is why I am on this website.
