Support has been great and responsive, the tool has been easy to implement, we're starting to court more installers and feeling much more confident than we did with our prior tooling.

Pros

Ease of use - it's so much more intuitive than the last lead distribution product we implemented for our company.

Cons

There is some menu diving involved, but it's much easy to figure out than some more complicated options on the market.

Been with LeadExec for over 15 years and looking forward to the next 15. There support team is knows the product inside and out and easy to work with and always responsive.

Pros

LeadExec has been an outstanding platform for managing and distributing leads efficiently. The system is easy to use, highly customizable, and the automation tools save our team a significant amount of time every day. We’ve also been very impressed with the reliability of the platform and how much it has improved our overall workflow and lead response times. Support is awesome too.

Cons

Honestly, it for our needs, it provides everything we require. They do custom builds for anything outside of the box.

The platform offers strong customization capabilities and has been a valuable tool for managing marketing and admissions lead processes. It has consistently supported our team’s ability to monitor performance, manage lead flow, and maintain operational visibility across multiple initiatives throughout 6 years. One of the strongest aspects of the experience has been the quality of their customer service team and project managers. They have been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive when assisting with configurations, troubleshooting, and implementation needs. Their support and communication have made collaboration smooth and have contributed greatly to the overall success of our workflows and projects.

Pros

LeadExec has been a highly effective platform for efficiently managing and distributing leads. I especially value the flexibility of the routing system, the ability to customize workflows, and how it helps centralize lead management in one place. Overall, I believe the LeadExec tool is great solution for businesses that want to be able to manage their lead flow at a simple level

Pros

All of the customization options provided allows for plenty of flexibility to help resolve lead routing requests

Cons

With so many options available for customization, the flip side of that is the learning curve of the tool. Some of UI interfaces are not as intuitive.

Pros

The features and scalability. The various ways to manage leads and distribution. We are not limited by the number of leads or clients we can manage.

Cons

The initial setup can be complicated and time-consuming if you have never used a platform like this. However, this is true with any software system.

Overall, our experience with LeadExec has been very positive. It has been a reliable platform for lead distribution and campaign management, particularly for businesses handling high lead volumes and multiple buyers. The flexibility of the system is one of its biggest strengths, and while setup can take time, the platform becomes extremely capable once properly implemented. It has played an important role in helping us scale and manage lead operations efficiently.

Pros

LeadExec has been a strong platform for managing and distributing leads at scale. The routing logic, buyer management, and real-time lead handling are very powerful once configured correctly. It gives a lot of flexibility for custom workflows and integrations, which has helped streamline operations across multiple campaigns and lead sources. The support team has also been responsive when questions arise.

Cons

At this stage very little. their AI assistant helps quite a bit given we are in a different time zone but overall no issues..

We have been using LeadExec for several months now - we are using it to manage leads that we are generating from our own web properties and then routing them to different destinations - either to third parties or to SalesExec (ClickPoint's CRM). Integration with SalesExec was super easy to set up and the integrations with other partners/systems was also very easy

Easy set up and management. Easy to create our own lead filter rules and integrations with partners/other systems was a breeze

We really like LeadExec. After reviewing many of the alternative lead distribution software options on the market, LeadExec had everything we needed at a cost that made more sense than some of their competitors.

Pros

The customer support was very helpful in getting us set up, educating us, and even helping us understand how LeadExec could work with other software we needed for our campaign.

Cons

The reports can be a bit confusing the way they are displayed but once you figure it out, it's not really a problem.

Lead Exec has been great for us to manage our clients leads and the support team has been accessible and helpful as well.

Pros

Well priced, reliable, fast, and very robust. Lead Exec can do everything we need it to and more.

Cons

The layout is not the most intuitive. Some of the menus are not where I expect them to be and some of the terminology in lead exec is a bit esoteric, takes some getting used to.

The team at ClickPoint is always on top of issues if any. The product itself is awesome as it can do things most other software companies are still thinking of doing. The best part of the product is that it is secure and very easy to use. I had no knowledge of XML/HTTP Post/Get and or Ping Post whatsoever but they trained us well and the software is very vast and can handle pretty much everything any lead gen company would ask for. And thumbs up on the support guys. Thanks for all the help.

Pros

We love the software ability to handle lead flow and the distribution is very easy to manage. We love everything about the software and hope to see a lot more functionalities in the coming years. Thanks!

Cons

The only thing I think LeadExec should have is to be able to see actual per lead payout in venders portal even in Revenue Sharing mode. It should deduct the cost based on percentage and show accordingly in both admin and venders portal
