Pros I wasn't expecting Qwary to be a Typeform beater, but they have really over delivered and developed a slick product. From the dashboard the UI/UX is clean, super fast and easy to navigate. This for me shows the developers know what their customer likes, wants and needs for fast production. The video forms compete with the best and add tremendous value to me. Cons CNAME still on its way, and need more integrations. But based on the feedback so far, no doubt they will continue to develop these priorities. Additional templates would also be beneficial. Just consider that this is a 4 months old product at this moment, so there are some things it can and will be improved in the future, I totally believe in this product and the team! Pros The flexibility I can have to customize my surveys, I particularly like the video and gradient background the most! Cons This is a 4 months old product at this moment, so there are some things it can and will be improved in the future, with that being said I think I don't really feel like disliking something in particular. And although I've been using it only for a few weeks now I'm 100% confident it will help us capture insights from our audience so we can create a better experience. I switched from Typeform to here and feel much more comfortable. The user interface is intuitive and well designed. The same goes for the surveys created: they look just great and make the end user almost forget that they are about to fill out a survey. In addition, there are many different question types and a lot of options to customize to your own branding. Cons At the moment I really don't have anything to complain about, but I would be very happy if in view of the EU GDPR a few more adjustments could be made regarding the filling out of surveys and the use of cookies. I think once I use it more often I will be able to explore the full range of features. Pros Good range of options. I was looking for something to take me away from surveymonkey and this seems to have what I need Cons The reports seem to collect details even when a survey hasn't been completed but just started or viewed. That may be a settings issue on my part but that shouldn't happen really. The video testimonial feature is an interesting feature to look at and it saves me money since i had to subscribe another tool for that feature. I found it very simple to create questions and the surveys are aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The method in which questions are presented to the survey taker make the surveys less overwhelming than a traditional survey. I also liked how you could restrict how often someone answers the questions. Cons There wasn't anything I didn't like about the product and would be willing to recommend it to anyone.
