Before Qwary I had to use other tools such as Typeform and VideoAsk, and now I'm using a unique tool with all those features and more. Very happy with the service! Pros Qwary has helped me to gather all my customers' feedback with an awesome UI aligned to my brand. I've been able to exceed my customer service levels since using Qwary. The UI/UX is terrific. Everything is easy to understand and anyone can start using this tool in no-time. Also, Customer Service is second to none. They are always very responsive and helpful. Cons Although they just announced a new Google Sheets integration, I'd like to see more native integrations with other tools such as Power BI and Integromat. Marketing Manager E-Learning Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Good multimedia integration " August 26, 2022 5.0 In addition to using it for creating relatively simple (but beautiful) surveys, I am also experimenting with other uses related to customer experience / funnels and creating video surveys that pop up on the site, and are useful to teach about the products and gather leads. Pros What I like the most is the clean interface, similar to Typeform. It is a format that is easy to create, and easy to share. It looks great on mobile, desktop and tablet. I can use the link at the footer of my newsletters to gather feedback if readers enjoyed it, and what to improve. Also keeping track of data such as the evolution of the number of answers and sentiment analysis gives me valuable information on how to improve and to know if we are on the right track. Cons Some of the newest features are not included in my plan. Also, I would like to pass variables from the link of the survey (?XX section) into the results of the survey, to identify the users. Pros I used Marquiz previously, which had a very attractive front end UI, but the reporting and analytics were non existent. Qwary has brought the best of both. The logic is really useful to personalise and I love the variety of question and answer types. Cons The URLS. A typical survey URL is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] which somewhat removed the benefit of Cname. We gain a lot of time in building original surveys for us and for our clients. Pros There is 3 features i like the most in Qwary: - videos and images integration within the surveys giving them an animated touch - AI surveys translations to a lot of different languages saving us a lot of valuable time - Sentiment Analysis feature to help us identify our respondent feelings to our services Qwary has a friendly user interface simple to understand. It is really easy to build a survey within minutes and share it within seconds through different channels. You can even record your questions videos without leaving the platform. Cons The french sentiment analysis needs to be improved. The results are not accurate sometimes and needs a human analysis too. Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page. This feature will be a good add-on to reduce the attrition rate of respondents. Pros It's flat out sexy design. We needed a B2C form solution that was modern looking, and had the logic and control to get the data. Cons No serious cons yet, they are swamped right now and catching up on support. So the downside we've seen is their KB docs are behind the app. But chat support is generally quick. This lowers the overall cost for gather research because Qwary’s pricing is much lower than Typeform. Qwary also allows easy collect of data through forms that are shareable by email, text and messenger. Cons What I like least about Qwary is the lack of SMTP email options. When sending surgery’s directly through the platform, it sends through Qwary’s email. This should be improved to allow adding of my own SMTP. It is quite easy to get started with Qwary even if you have not used a conversational form before. Easy to integrate and send it to your customers within its platform. Their NPS & Text Analysis is something that stands out, in particular. The team is very responsive and flexible, as a matter of fact, when we first started using it, they addressed our queries in a matter of few minutes. I love the fact, that if you send in a product request they personally follow up which is quite rare to see. The Saas meets all the expectations and allowed us to switch from expensive plans to something more affordable without losing out on any features. Cons We have not really found anything that we do not like about the platform. The tool is new so we are very eager to see how this platform grows and what business problems it can solve. Pros The user interface is intuitive and it easy to find your way. There is a knowledge base that covers every topic. The support is great, I had a problem how to implement RTL Survey and the team was in the chat very quickly and helped me out. You can use the conditional logic feature to add a branching in your survey. You can add scripts in header and footer. This way I was able to add a google font for my Survey. You can Integrate with external systems such as cms and googlesheet. Cons I used Integromat to integrate with Qwary. They don't have a direct integration with Integromat so I had to use a webhook. I had to use the ID of the field instead of the name of the field. The have integration with zapier, Integrately,pabbly, google sheet, mailchimp,hubspot, slack. I wish they have an integration with pipedrive. Also, Qwary helps me gather customer feedback in a fun and interactive way to record videos in my survey form. I think Qwary gives more value than that because you also can set up the video bubble on your site! Cons A few features are locked and require you to upgrade your plan, such as "Send Link by Text Messages" and "Collect by Keyword." However, I believe these two features are costly, especially the service related to text messaging. Next, I find the tool has not many native integrations. Easy logic set-up. Cons That I had to go through the whole survey to test each question instead of just previewing the questions one by one. I think they changed that now, though. I haven't make a new survey after the changes. I miss the option of creating flexible and creative quizzes based on grading so I have another software for that.
