Pros
The ease at which players and families can be updated is great, it also helps with putting out training programs. It makes the whole process of organising a team more efficient.
The quality and breadth of features is excellent. The design and capabilities are well-thought-out, making the solution intuitive and extremely useful for many critical needs.
We have been incredibly happy with PlayMetrics and have had an excellent experience, from the sales process through deployment.
Working with the entire PlayMetrics staff has been a pleasure since day 1. They are knowledgeable, responsive and extremely supportive.

No concerns related to Playmetrics though some times text in emails and notifications has formatting change from what was written to what was emailed.
It would cut down on the amount of refunds that we have to process for the sibling discounts as our teams are all formed at different times throughout the month of June.
Communication portal between parents and coaches and staff is a bit confusing at first. But once you figure out where to go all the features are there.
It renders a few features a little hard to use, but with some planning, you can work around this limitation fairly easily.

Overall: It has been great!
Pros: Playmetrics has been instrumental in enabling us to collect registration fees that were previously going uncollected. Despite the slight increase in system costs, it has proven to be a worthwhile investment by generating additional revenue for our organization. Furthermore, Playmetrics has significantly enhanced our ability to stay organized.
Cons: Compared to WhatsApp, which focuses solely on communication, Playmetrics may not be the best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primary messaging apps. However, it is essential not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics offers the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents must fully become accustomed to and benefit from.

Pros: The interface of PlayMetrics is so easy for admins, parents, coaches and players. Overall, our club loves this program.
Cons: We have had a couple of things we wish PlayMetrics could do. However, we have reached out to their service department and they have put requests in to add in the future.

Overall: Playmetrics has been great for our club. The centralized system allows us to easily access our club data quickly and efficiently, allowing for a better customer experience.
Pros: All of the different features that centralize the administrative side of operations with the soccer functions make it so you don't have to have multiple programs, you have it all in one spot.
Cons: There are a couple features with how you can bill and collect money that can be improved.

Overall: We have nothing but positive things to say about PlayMetrics. Aside from the overall quality and efficiency it has helped bring many administrative aspects of the club, the customer service is second to none. Our questions or issues are always responded to and handled quickly. In addition, no request is too large or too small for the PlayMetrics team. No matter what we need, we are always met with the same customer service each team.
Pros: We love that PlayMetrics is a one stop shop for all of our teams in terms of club and program registrations, calendars, communication, etc. In addition having the ability to collect information, share video, etc all with individual is extremely important and reduces the amount of alternative apps we have to use.
Cons: We would love to see the sibling discount feature used for Club Registration be recognized even when families register players at different times. It would cut down on the amount of refunds that we have to process for the sibling discounts as our teams are all formed at different times throughout the month of June. We would also love to see continued growth of the app.
