I felt taken care of as a newbie to Psychiatry-Cloud. I will never forget \[sensitive content hidden\] who practically guided me during my early days with Psychiatry-Cloud when I knew nothing. \[sensitive content hidden\] especially, taught me all I needed to know to get my practice up and running within the EMR and gave me every reason to continue using the platform. He went above and beyond in his training, answering my questions and concerns. Very patient and talented individual. Above all, very respectful and polite. After my training I was not left alone to continue figuring things on my own. I was handed to an account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] who followed up from where \[sensitive content hidden\] ended. Great team! I also liked that I am able to schedule my patient appointments, E-prescribe medications to my patient's local pharmacies with ease, and overall, documentation and navigating around the different tabs is easy. Psychiatry-Cloud is very user-friendly coupled with the great training one receives. Cons It is quite costly for someone just starting a new practice compared to others that I explored before. The pricing needs to be reconsidered. Secondly, I am required to pay extra for prescribing controlled substances, for myself and for my collaborating psychiatrist. It is costly for someone just starting a practice with nothing to show for yet. So, my state DEA allows me to prescribe schedule III to V medications but not schedule I & II. Meaning that only my collaborating psychiatrist can prescribe schedule I & II for my patients that will need it. I had to give up my privilege to prescribe even Schedule III-V by handing over everything that has to do with controlled substances for my patients, to my collaborating psychiatrist because I cannot afford paying for him and for myself. Much more user friendly, much better customer service, and a lot of features. Pros It's user friendly. Once you have your username and password, it's pretty self explanatory for the main functions. Customer service is swift in responding, friendly. The monthly practice meetings with all the previous month data is well presented and helpful to attain goals. Their HIPAA compliance surpasses any other I've used. The patient's seem to like the portal. I am sure there are many things the EHR does that I'm not aware of and just need to explore and ask more on how it could work better for us. I have no doubts that it has many features we are not yet utilizing or aren't aware exist. Cons There are a few things that could use some improvement. There have been a couple of issues that have taken longer than expected to resolve regarding the main practice "inbox" and providers seeing their messages. Internal messaging is wonderful, but when receiving messages from patient's in the portal - could use some better organization and structure. The billing component could have better training videos, documenting for each claim is non-existent. One can only add a general comment to the entire billing account. I feel the payment posting screen could be easier to read (but it's easy to use). And I wish the reports were instantaneous rather than having to wait for some data to be available. The providers also wish that instead of just having templates, that their previous note copied over to the new note (including what they've free-texted into HPI) as most have had this feature with other EHR systems. I will never use another system again. Pros I love that I am able to run my entire practice with Psychiatry-Cloud alone. They walked us through all aspects of the build and launch with no issues. Easiest launch ever!!! In addition, customer support constantly exceeds my expectations. Tickets and phone calls are generally responded to within a few hours, sometimes in about 5 minutes. I also love the dedicated team that provides monthly meetings and feedback (regarding my individual practice) that helps me make the best of the EHR and helps me improve not only on the practice side but the business side as well. Used the software for: ### "" April 8, 2013 5.0 I founded Mental Health Alliance in Alliance, NE in August 2009. I am an APRN and I work with four therapists at four additional locations. I am the sole prescriber. Almost two-thirds of my patients are Medicaid patients. I treat between 15 and 17 patients on a daily basis. I travel back and forth to all of the locations, some of which are 60 miles away. Prior to Waiting Room Solutions I had many problems with my EMR. Their customer service was terrible and I had severe billing issues. After evaluating five EMRs, I selected WRS. WRS customer service is absolutely outstanding. Whenever I have a question, WRS is available. I don’t have to track anybody down. They respond immediately. Our revenue has increased since using WRS Billing Module. I am getting paid for what I do and I’m getting paid very quickly. WRS was able to straighten out all of my billing problems. Having WRS web-based EMR enables me to see patients’ charts from any location at any time. Even when I’m at the hospital or the emergency room, I can look at the patient’s records. Waiting Room Solutions' e-prescribing capability is helping me to provide fast service to my patients. It is also helping me to track prescriptions. I can view the day I wrote the Rx, the date it was refilled, and which pharmacy received the prescription. Another beneficial WRS feature that enhances patient care is WRS Patient Portal. My patients receive their test results via the portal and that makes it easy for us to review their test results together. Charting with WRS is very easy. WRS enables me to provide accurate documentation. When students do their rotations at my practice they use WRS customized Psychiatry templates. WRS EHR is very easy and flexible. Review Source DA Diana A. Used the software for: ### "" May 6, 2013 5.0 I am a Practice Administrator and Billing Manager at Connecticut Behavioral Health Associates in New London, CT. Our Psychiatry and Behavioral Health practice has three locations in CT and we have over 20 providers. We went live with WRS in August 2012. Since using WRS Billing Module our revenue has increased. We see very few claims that are rejected. We did not have an EMR prior to WRS. We had a billing and practice management system. I was part of the search team for an EMR and we felt that it was not practical to have two separate companies—we needed an integrated system. One of the benefits of WRS is that when our providers create their note, WRS creates a claim automatically. We can view the claim, all you have to do is just hit a button and the claim is sent out. Auto posting is also a plus. Having a web-based system instead of a server-based system is very advantageous. I can access WRS when I am at home and I need to do work. It’s a great benefit to have the convenience of accessing the system from any place at any time. Finally, the WRS Team is excellent. They provide assistance when we need it. If you put in a support ticket you are not likely to get any resolution. If you are told it has been sent to "Development" that is a black hole and you will never get a solution or an answer. The Clearinghouse they are using for electronic claims is horrible (PhiCure). We have experienced so many problems with billing. WRS is not offering any support. WRS billing is horrible. We had so many unpaid claims, I complained. Do not do that. When I complained they dumped us and I had to find a new biller. We still have unpaid claims that will never be paid due to untimely filing. The product is very rigid. You cannot make any changes to templates. The templates available for our specialty do not meet the criteria for the E & M codes. The changes in more specific ICD10 codes are not accepted in WRS. June 8, 2016 1.0 Pros The system is relatively easy to use but it is too rigid. The templates are not in compliance with current E & M coding Cons Poor technical support. There is no tech support phone number to call. You have to put in a "support ticket". We implement the software in 2 months and it woks like a charm. Customer service is awesome! The implementation was done with ease. I think the training could be more structured.
