Pros

It is intuitive to use. The pipeline can be set up easily according to our structure. I have integrated with my email and webpage. So i can do quotations and send it to my clients from the CRM. in addition, i can capture the leads from my webpage and the CRM take the data to fill out the client information..

Cons

The taxes porcentage can be customize. However, it has to be the same porcentage in the quotation, so you are no allowed to have some products with tax extension. You have to do it on a different quotation
