I had 30,000+ signups for my webinars during the time I used the software, and my webinars grew my sales a ton. I stopped using the software because my online course business is coming to close. Pros The best webinar software I've ever used! I've tried many: WebinarJam, Demio, Zoom, EasyWebinar... but they were all buggy or had limited features and a huge price tag. eWebinar has everything I need: High quality, reliable streaming, interactions with viewers, seamless signups, integrations. Honestly the perfect software. What I like best is the support team. They always had a solution within a few hours for any issues, and always followed up. I can't recommend them enough. Cons The price did increase several times in the years I used eWebinar, but that is to be expected considering that they continued to add features. The pricing was fair. He was extremely rude and vulgar, telling us we weren't listening to him and swearing nonstop at us. I told him I would cancel his account and for him to go elsewhere as we are not a company that accepts that kind of behavior. He threatened to leave bad reviews about us everywhere and talk bad about us on his social - I have this entire conversation saved to prove that he was losing it. He never used our product, and is lying about how we canceled his subscription "in the middle of many webinars" because he never actually ran a webinar. We can prove this. I guess you can't make everyone happy, and some people just like to take their anger out on anyone without a face on the internet. He's hiding his identify as a reviewer because he is blatantly lying about his experience and telling a one-sided story. Joshua T. Cons While you can moderate any webinar live, you can only answer questions via the chat function. It would be nice to have the option to speak to attendees while a recorded webinar is aired. Pros Everything. I compared ALL webinar tools by actually trying them out. Ewebinar is by far the best. The notifications/popups next to the screen, the ONLY tool that shows the webinar times in the time zone of the viewer (crazy to think other webinars don't have that!), the analytics etc. Also the support is better than any other IT tool I currently use. They actually understand your technical questions instead of sending you AI generated nonsense answers. Cons The analytics are good but could be expanded in the future. Now you have to extract a css file if you for example want to filter on which website your ewebinar registrants came from. Btw, the analytics are better than all the other tools but this could be improved. SaaS Onboarding Specialist Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A must have for anyone who wants to automate customer success, sales, onboarding " February 16, 2021 5.0 I give a lot of workshops for my business and haven't been happy with the other "automated webinar" solutions out there because they are all hard to setup, clunky and don't look very professional. So I end up doing live ones OR sending a recording which isn't nearly as good as a live workshop. eWebinar lets me create workshops that engage viewers, lets me interact with them live (I can interact with dozens of viewers at the same time through chat) and let's me scale my sales process infinitely. There are so many users beyond just automating workshops, like onboarding calls, trainings, demos, interviews with experts, customer success. I honestly think this is going to be the next big change that will disrupt the sales and customer success industry. Pros SO easy to setup. I had my first on-demand workshop set up in 10 minutes. The engagement features are awesome. I can chat live with people on the workshop and engage them with popups, cards, polls, etc. The product is rock solid too. Worked flawlessly out of the box. The customer-facing interface is polished, professional and something I'm proud to send to users and customers. Cons \- Would love to have a mobile app to be able to interact live with viewers, but I think that's something they're working on. Other than that I can't find anything now that I don't like about the tool. Pros The ability to customize interactions during the webinar make it a really great experience for the user, but also allows us to get a lot more insight out of our training. It's also been a great process getting integrations set up to work with our customer service systems so that we can have webinars running all the time and not worry about missing user comments or interactions. Once we got our video recorded it didn't take long to get our demo automated, up and running with the pop up widget installed on our homepage. The demo on our site drives a lot of traffic to our demo from people who would have otherwise bounced without taking action. Love the set-and-forget nature of eWebinar, and it's saving us from doing the same demo over and over for half a day, every single day. Cons Can't think of anything so far. Pros I've found the software nice and intuitive to use and figured out most features just by clicking around.Really liked how quick it was to get our webinar live (the worst bit is actually recording yourself!).The analytics are good, really clear and easy to understand.I'm really enjoying using this product. Cons Only very minor thing I can think of is that when I updated our company logo, it still sent out the old one for those registrants who signed up for a webinar when the old logo was used. The features I've been looking for are always available, they're very focused on webinars specifically which makes them great at what they do. I'm happy to say that I always feel like I can count on eWebinar for my presentations. Pros With eWebinar, our prospects are able to get personalized and complete training and we give them everything they need to get started in this presentation. Because of this, they are qualified and ready for our pitch when we decide to present it, and they are able to go through this training in their own time, on demand. Cons The sign-up pages and forms are not very customizable. I currently use my own landing page with a button popup, but I would consider using eWebinar for it if it was more customizable. Reason for choosing eWebinar Because of their focus on authenticity with evergreen webinars.
