The best part of OfficePortal is its powerful dashboard and reporting system. We use the Employee Monitoring module daily to track team productivity and performance. The system is stable and the UI is designed to handle large teams without confusion. It is a very good solution for companies with remote or hybrid employees.

Cons

The initial setup for the advanced monitoring filters can be time-consuming, and the mobile app doesn't yet offer the full depth of the desktop's powerful reporting suite

OfficePortal Monitoring module has made employee performance tracking very easy for our organization. The user interface is clean and designed in such a way that even with a large team, the system remains fast and easy to use. The productivity reports and activity tracking features help our management team make better decisions.

Pros

The Call Tracker module in OfficePortal is very useful for companies with sales and support teams. We can track inbound and outbound calls, call duration, and employee performance. The analytics and reporting features help us measure team efficiency and productivity.

Cons

OfficePortal HRMS is a complete employee management system for attendance, leave management, payroll, and employee records. Earlier we were using multiple Excel sheets, but now everything is in one system. The UI is well designed and works well for companies with a large number of employees.

OfficePortal helped us automate our HR processes including attendance, payroll, employee records, and timesheets. The reporting and dashboard features are very useful for management. The UI is professional and designed for large organizations. We were looking for an employee monitoring and productivity tracking solution, and OfficePortal turned out to be the right choice. The UI is modern and built to handle large organizations with multiple departments. The reporting, analytics, and employee performance tracking features are very useful for management.

Nothing as such at the moment. Team is available keen and available for any customisation if required.

As i mentioned OfficePortal’s employee monitoring software gives us clear visibility of employee work, login time, productivity, and application usage. The dashboard UI is very professional and designed for scalability, which is important for growing companies like ours. We highly recommend OfficePortal for companies looking for employee monitoring and productivity improvement. We have been using OfficePortal for HRMS and employee management as well. Attendance, leave, payroll, and employee monitoring are all integrated into one system. This has reduced our manual work and improved HR efficiency.
