The ability to give automated live updates was a game changer as well. On the internal side, the alerts you get are an incredible add on tool. Would recommend this to anyone that's willing to spend some time on a new software! Cons It is a very complex software that takes some getting used to navigating. I will add to that though - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] are great with onboarding. They will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied with the ability to use the software.
