Pros Hook Security is an excellent platform for Phishing and Security Awareness Training. Hook Security not only provides the training courses but also allows you to simulate the real but harmless phishing email attack. Cons The setup process will take a while and you need to read the help document to be able to make full use of all the tools provided. Pros This platform makes security awareness training fun and easy. I can't believe how much engagement this tool gets with employees. I also LOVE the reporting features that give me the ability to measure the effectiveness of my training. Cons I haven't seen anything that I dislike about Hook Security.
