No complaints. Customer support have been excellent on the very few times that I have needed them. Pros I use Bubbles to manage a cohort of students through a 12 week module. Each week, I record our sessions and upload them to Bubbles. Sometimes I am sharing a lecture that I have recorded using Bubbles and the screen capture functionality. Otherwise, I am uploaded Zoom meeting recordings. The process is smooth no matter what. I have never experienced any issues getting the video into the platform, no slow uploads, or errors while recording the screen. Sometimes I record videos that are 90 mins + using the Bubble Chrome extension and they work perfectly! My students are able to communicate within the channels with each other. They leave comments on the videos where they might struggle with a concept and I have found that the students are replying to one another without me needing to intervene. They are solving the problems themselves Cons It's very hard to find a fault. I think it works brilliantly. If I have one suggestion, I would to have the ability to create transcripts from uploaded video such as Zoom recordings. Also, I recommend it highly for feedbacking asynchronely. We use it for product demo mostly, and product discussions became very smooth from the moment we used it on : +100 people across the world is not exactly ideal for a sync meeting. Everyone has the opportunity to give feedback. Pros It is so easy to comment on video recording to give exact feedback ! Especially when it comes to give feedbacks on a design review. Bonus : no restrictive time limit to make you in a hurry Cons It is not easy to see the buttons for different actions. Maybe it is because of the free version I use. UX/UI is great as well. You can clearly achieve a lot by using it as a screen-recorder and even more if you use it in order to increase collaboration. Pros Bubbles is more than a just a screen-recording software. You can actiavely collaborate while using it as a tool : you can share link, login yourself and make named comment, people can comment as visitors on your record. You can also pin-point which part of the record you want to comment on. What's also great is that Bubbles comes with an extension that you can add on your browser. Literally can use it everywhere. Cons It would be such a cool feature to be able to download videos. I saw from their Slack community that they are thinking of it. It doesn't change the top performance they already give on the software though. It has been more than a year now, and my team is just so used and pleased on how it works and how easy it makes our life. We use it for every level: onboarding, product team, customer service, sale process, et. Just great! Pros Bubbles has been a great alternative compared to the tool we use before. We were used to make only 5 min videos all the time, now with Bubbles we can do very long ones. You can even pause record and continue a bit later after. Another feature is that it is stored on cloud & you can directly share links with people you want to view it. It also allows interaction through its commenting and respond feature. People can pause videos, add comment and tag people, on the video directly. It's also a very good viewable support for all our onboarding documents. In this case, we record how we work and share it to newcomers. Cons You have to test it 2 or 3 times before really using it. Sometimes it has some bugs and doesn't record voice/screen. You have to make sure you are trained yourself working with it before really starting to use it.
