Cons The social listening feature is alittle too weak, and the team need to beef it up further. Need better results filtering to give users only the results we want. The UI at times lags or takes a bit of time to load properly. Initially I thought it was be my browser, but I've tried using Brave, Chrome and Edge to be double-sure. Not a lot of luck.
