Pros Radaar give you endless posibilities, it is a well though software.The team has thought in every single detail and they are continuously improving it and updating it. It makes the management of different channels of social media and different companies really easy.It helps you create content as you can use photos spin tax and you can have a pool of content or captions so you are well prepared to do things in advance. You also have another tools inside like a task management with your team and a URL shortener that has been quite useful for me. It works great for what we need it for and the issues I do have with the analytics or the refined feeling of the platform are really not that big of a deal. If I was paying more, then yes I would say that's a big deal. But ultimately I haven't had any real issues such as a post not going through or it crashing or anything like that and I HAVE had those issues with much more expensive software so Im ultimately happy with Radaar. Pros I use this primarily for keeping my posts scheduled to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and checking performance of the posts to see when the best time to post is. For those functions I feel it is a great option for the price. There are good analytics to see some useful data (more about this in the cons section) and the scheduling post function is easy to use and works very well, I haven't had any reliability issues and that is not something I can say about some of the more expensive social media management software I've used. Overall I think this is a great platform but could use some work. Cons Overall I feel there is a lack of refinement with this platform. I don't know how else to describe this other than when I use platforms like Later.com or Sprout Social they feel more premium and the bugs are all ironed out and I don't get that with Radaar. However, to get the same features on those platforms you're spending a lot more which is ultimately why Im using Radaar.Some of the main issues I have with Radaar are the analytics. The way the dashboard is built, the names of the metrics and things like that are confusing (and I do this for a living and have used a LOT of different social media analytics platforms). Also a lot of the analytics just don't work and I feel they are missing a few very key metrics such as what posts are performing best which is something available in Facebook by itself. The URL shortener is very handy and the password manager is well thought of use case which simplifies workflow. The lack of Pinterest and GMB is a minor setback to this very practically thought out software. But the founders are very receptive of feedback and have been active in pushing out regular updates. High hopes for Radaar. Pros Adding the various social media channels was very easy and did not have any issues. The social listening is stellar feature which is included in the plan and has great cost savings when compared to Sprout Social. Password Vault is a very handy feature to share passwords of the various channels with team mates. Now why is this not a standard in the industry? A subtle inclusion which saves time and keeps information secure. Social inbox is brilliant. Now we can see all those messages show up in one place and make engagement with the fans a breeze. Cons I am expecting a bit more to the Analytics this SAAS gives you. Although not bad, a detailed view showing coherent and aggregate analytics would be a huge plus. in this day and age, Pinterest and GMB should be standard. I believe this is in the roadmap and once implemented, would totally take away the need of subscribing to another tool for the same feature. It is saving my time and effort by hosting the essential jobs of Social Media Marketing within the same software. But the time before I had to work with different tools for different purposes. As I am a Life Time Deal owner, I don't have to pay the monthly charges. So, it is saving a great amount of money. Even its monthly subscription is lower than the other competitors. September 18, 2021 5.0 Being a digital marketer and handling multiple social media accounts and different brands, it is easy to get disorganized and get cluttered and be overwhelmed handling different accounts. What RADAAR allows me to do is to manage multiple social media accounts and different brands and making sure that I'm performing well so I can focus on other things. Pros What I like best using RADAAR for about 4 months now is being able to manage multiple social media accounts on different social platforms and managing multiple brands. The UUI/UX is clean and very clear which makes it easy to collaborate and work with a team. With the current price, it's a no braner that a social media marketer should get this tool as it continues to flourish and mature as a product. It also has a password vault which is helpful working with a team! Cons What I'm not liking with RADAAR at the moment is that I'm unable to post stories in Instagram and Facebook using desktop. There is a work around to it if I use RADAAR on my mobile phone but I typically create content on desktop so I have to add multiple steps to my process to be able to do so. It's integrated with both Crello and Canva, so you can create and post on the fly. Or, if you've already got your image / video downloaded, you can simply upload it. I've never had any dramas with scheduling posts to my IG, FB and LinkedIn accounts. Majority of the time, I've posted immediately rather than scheduled, but I like that I can schedule ahead. The calendar has a note for each date where there might be a public holiday or cultural event commemorated, so you can plan ahead and post appropriate to a theme. There are some cool extra features, like link shortener (although no tracking, from what I can see), and password storage hub (although don't expect it to work like LastPass or anything - as far as I'm aware, it simply stores the passwords). Cons I would love to be able to change the colour scheme so it's not such a strong green colour. I'm not sure about the hash tag suggestion tool as well - it's still in beta, but as a hashtag noob, I'd like to have something that works really well to suggest hashtags to improve visibility.
