Some high valued clients didn't want this and even threatened to leave if we didn't find a solution. Apart from Radaar's powerful social media scheduling feature, the Password Vault caught our attention, which we could use to store passwords and share them across our team securely. Cons Didn't have external automation support. Would like to see Zapier or Integromat support. Even webhook support would be great so that we can push content from our CMS. Pros Radaar is the only social media management tool I need. It's affordable, easy to use, and it's doing everything I need it to do. It doesn't have every feature under the sun, but it does everything I need it to do at an affordable price. It makes scheduling social media posts super easy, and it's nice to have the monitoring inbox to keep track of mentions. Cons It took me a while to find some of the tools I wanted as they were hidden in menus but it has everything I need once I found them. And sharing passwords with teammates without revealing it to anyone. Those are true productivity enhancer. Pros The features combination is an unexpected one. Unified inbox + password vault + scheduler ... It's a must for any freelancer or agency. Cons Not really a turn off and I think it will be easy for the team to do it, making the dashboard multilingual. But it's easy to navigate, advanced english is not required. Aside from that, it is very intuitive and easy to use- no steep learning curve! Pros What I like most about Radaar is that it is a unified platform that allows me to do so many tasks all in one place- this includes planning tasks, managing messages, scheduling posts, and a lot more on top of social media listening! Doing all these under one roof is truly a remarkable feature. Aside from this, it has a wide range of social media platforms that it caters to, which is something that not all social management tool is able to do. Cons Perhaps the only thing I like least about Radaar is that it is not able to integrate with Google My Business- something that must be improved as Google is a widely used platform that surely most clients use. Yes, there's room for improvement, but I'll keep this software and use it for both myself and my clients. Pros I have used RADAAR for a client and here's my review. There's a lot to like about RADAAR. 1. The UI is stunning. I like how well they have designed the the dashboard. 2. Post scheduling is a breeze, the automation works great. 3. The Analytics is super-useful. 4. I like the Passbook feature which is pretty handy. Cons There's only one thing where I've faced an issue. The UI at times lags or takes a bit of time to load properly. Initially I thought it was be my browser, but I've tried using Brave, Chrome and Edge to be double-sure. Not a lot of luck. I used to use different tools for scheduling and had to manually go to each social media platform to respond to user conversations. Pros Schedule across different platforms which enables you to post on most social media sites. Cons No refunds if you take out an annual plan. I took out an annual plan and decided after 4 months to cancel I was told no refund as per policy and procedures. So if you like the platform just go with a monthly. Pros What I like about it is it just works, and the interface is clean and fresh. The calendar and scheduler has an excellent open view and easy labels so I can see what it being worked on and what still needs to be approved. Cons The Instagram posting only allows one image, but I believe that is a limitation of Instagram's side. You just recently released this software so it still has a lot to improve on. But you could've done QA on this tool before releasing it. Immediately switched to Postly and asked for a refund after using this. Very disappointed. In terms of features, Postly is better too. They've got an AI Writer, better team collaboration (you can approve or reject posts), and it's affordable too. Pros I like that it's cheaper compared to other social media management tools. Cons Too many issues. 🤷‍♀️ - My first scheduled posts didn't go through. There was an error posting. They should've notified me prior to posting. - 1 Pinterest board is equivalent to 1 channel. What if you have 10 Pinterest boards? So you use up 10 channels, already? 👎- UI is the worst. It's hard to navigate the app because of the Poor UI. - I couldn't add another Facebook and Instagram account that I was managing (and I was an admin, too).
