The interface is very simple that I really like. Our team is not very early adopter, they always prefer what they got used to but they all like RADAAR and don't hesitate to use it. I like the feature of connecting LinkedIn as an organization and as a person. Team member access is also one good feature in the Radaar. Cons I don't have any specific cons, but they have introduced the Passbook feature. Maybe they developed with the idea of scalability.
