Pros It is very easy to generate new certificates with custom designs. You need to set it up once and then automate certificate generation. Before coming across this product I never thought about using Virtual Lanyards for our company. With all the craziness going on in the world, most people are now turning to online meetings. This product gives your customers a look and feel of professionalism before and after your courses/events. The front end and the backend are well-designed and easy to navigate. It may take a couple of hours to get used to it but once you go through it a couple of times you'll be a pro. Having certificates at the end of the course gives your customers/students a sense of achievement and with it being connected with your customers LinkedIn page. That alone will bring more customers back which will bring more value and my pay for itself. Cons I really don't have any cons other than the name mislead me into thinking they had badges like gamification software. If you are looking for gamification software to implement, look elsewhere.
