Pros

it is easy to use and very understandable. is a quick app that comes up fast. it is accepted at a lot of places

Cons

The least thing I like is that sometimes it freezes, and i have to restart my phone. also sometimes i have trouble finding it

My overall experience with Samsung Pay has been good. The ability to pay for things with the tap of your phone makes life so much easier.

Pros

I have always been an Apple person, but I recently switched to Samsung. Samsung Pay is so much easier to use than any other payment software. The one feature I liked the most was the ability to use NFC and MST technologies to make payments. I no longer have to carry my large wallet with me everywhere I go. I am able to just tap my phone and I am good to go. Security is one of the most important features when dealing with personal information. Samsung Pay uses biometric authentication as well as Samsung Knox.

Cons

Samsung Pay has a few cons. The first major con is they do not accept all bank or credit cards. If you use a local bank, you may not be able to use Samsung Pay. The second con is Samsung Pay only works on Samsung devices. This isn't all that bad since most people either use Apple or Samsung exclusively.

Great once set up, but do take time to ensure set up goes smoothly as if it doesn't, the backlash can be timely and frustrating to rectify.

Pros

Once set up, really easy to use. Feels safe a secure with prompt notifications of spending.

Cons

Was quite difficult to set up. Unfortunately within set up, my main card got blocked and was unable to be added to the system. This resulted in quite a lengthy set up which was frustrating.

Its simple and safe to use. I started using samsung pay about 5 years ago now, and still use it today.

Cons

It was a little frustrating to find at first. I kept automatically using my wallet app to pay, i stead of samsung pay

Excellent! Easy to use, safe to have and reliable, doesnt crash or fail, and I'm confident to leave the house with only Samsung pay!

Pros

Easy to set up, and clearly a secure payment method, really simple to use and compatible with my watch and my phone, nice not having to carry my wallet with me everywhere!

Cons

Incompatible with one of my bank accounts, but i think that's not Samsung's doing.

I started using Samsung Pay around 2018-2019. For me it was an innovative experience because it allowed me to go from the comfort of my home to the supermarket or the store and I only needed my phone.

Pros

It is a tool that allows you to make your payments quickly and safely from your phone. Most of my clients used.

Cons

I have no complaints at the moment. It is totally easy to use

I have tons of benefits by using samsung pay. I personally think it is much safer than google pay, but samsung phone itself is very valuable when it comes to security, so I should be always aware of it.

Pros

I travelled to South korea often. As Samsung pay user, it is very accessible every store and restaurants as apple pay is very limited even though they just introduce the system in south korea. I really like about paying for tube fare with my phone, and I don't need to worry about losing my wallet.

Cons

One of the critical cons about samsung pay is if you lose your phone, it becomes very complicated problem. And also, If your phone is on low battery, samsung pay is not working. I also had some trouble using samsung pay while travelling other countries where they don't have NFC payment system.

It was not a bad experience in the early days of the app, but honestly it doesn't seem as widely used as I thought it was supposed to be. If it and I don't know it then they should find a better way to inform Samsung mobile phone users. Perhaps a series of rolling notifications to let me know it's accepted at every terminal Google pay is. I just don't know much about the app anymore. It would help if I were reminded.

Pros

I liked how it was integrated with my Samsung mobile Phone. It made in app purchasing quick, and the app is intuitive if you have a Samsung Phone.

Cons

I am a purist so I almost always have my wallet and debit card on me. When the app first came out I was keen to use it, but over time Google Pay just proliferated. This may not still be the case but when the Samsung Pay app first came out it was not accepted at many POS terminals near me. So I stopped using it. Then recently I had a few experiences where I happened to leave my wallet at home. I had a new Samsung Phone but had not enabled the app. I also did not remember my debit card to enter it in. But somehow Google pay was working. It was because I had used it on my desktop to purchase something online and it saved my information. I was saved! Ever since then I have used Google pay. Google did a better job of integrating it. Perhaps it was just my luck, but I have also never had a terminal not accept Google pay.

out of all my tap to pay apps, this one I use the least. However I have never had any issues at all with it. Probably because Samsung is so familiar with my spending habits. haha I would like to see it fully utilizing predictive AI more. If I'm at a location where I purchase supplies with a company card then that should be the card in the wallet that appears first.

Pros

If you are familiar with any of the tap to pay systems that have sprung up over the last few years Samsung's is no different unless you are not familiar with their platform. I have been a fan of their flagship phone for years and while I utilize many of its exclusive features every day it took some time for me to join their payment system. It is nice that it is simply a small upward swipe and \*Schwoop\* my digital wallet is right there, ready for spending. The various security protocols being customizable is pretty neat too. I regularly switch it from eye scan to fingerprints depending on dress.

Cons

The reason for me holding out for as long as I did, is that despite being a a user of much of their hardware I refused to buy into what Samsung calls an "account". Samsung has to have one of the furthest reaching , privacy breaching policies I have ever fearfully read while trying to understand why I should allow a company, any company to know that much about me. Also, the fact that once you add payment methods it seems to automatically change your setting to attempt to be your default payment platform.

It is very easy to make payments with this app and you also get rewards on making transactions.

Cons

Unlike other apps, it is not supported in every phone. Also, the rewards you get are related to particular websites. So if someone doesn’t want to purchase from that particular website, such rewards are not at all useful for him/her. I also face technical glitches very often while using this app.
