I've been using ElevenSight for a little over three months now, and I can tell you that it's the quickest and easiest video chat app I've found to date. You click the button, and boom they're on your screen. It's really fantastic and for those of you who are looking for a video conferencing app--I can't recommend it enough.

Pros

Price, ease of use, speed, video quality

Cons

The design is outdated. They could make it modern.

Pros

So easy been in contact with our clients, without having a presential meeting and its an app that works 24/7

Cons

Maybe more marketing in latin america countries, it would be interesting the integration, for the app itself I don't have anything to add

Great product for quick calls.

Pros

What makes this really easy to use is that you can send your clients a link and with one click they are immediately connected to you for a video call.

Cons

Nothing in particular stands out. I do think their website could do better at showing how the software works.

Pros

It's a very easy format to get up to speed with - and very intuitive. I'd recommend it for anyone, as far as virtual communication goes.

Cons

No outstanding issues on my part. It's a solid app.

It's been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's worked, sometimes it doesn't.

Pros

I like the fact that it is a tool that allows me to quickly set up meeting rooms for virtual calls. Not having to download software is also a bonus.

Cons

It didn't always work. There were instances when I had to give up on 11Sight and move on to Google Meet. I reached out to their customer service team, and nobody got back to me.
