Pros

Super easy to customise, and if I have a question the support team are very helpful and quick to reply. Taking customer details in a safe, GDPR compliant way has never been easier.

Cons

I am yet to find something I don't like about RapidReg.

From the initial contact, through to signing up, onboarding and after-care/support the team are so responsive and take the time to ensure they know your business so they can recommend on best use.

Pros

I love the fact that of want to 'get under the hood' and customise, you can, but equally with the really smart onboarding process, you can make use of industry specific templates as well and be up and running in no time!

Cons

As an agency we would like to be able to control all of our clients accounts from a parent login.

Overall I am very impressed with RapidReg I would certainly recommend it to any business especially small businesses as it can do wonders for your marketing campaigns.

Pros

I really like how all of the tools I need are in one location. I also like the QR code functionality because I can use it to capture data or get prospects to book meetings. This is very useful for print media and business cards. It is definitely worth the £10 per month.

Cons

Initially with any software there is a learning curve, RapidReg make it easy with their live instructions, the only downside is you have to print your own qr code stickers but it's very easy to do.

As a customer I couldn’t be happier. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the gang have made everything so easy for us and the price is beyond cheap for what your get.

Pros

The whole software has been thought through start to finish. It makes things so easy when checking in attendee’s, which is so critical when your trying to keep everything socially distanced

Cons

There honestly aren’t any, any concerns I did have, I voiced to to the team in the early days of us trailing the software. They came back and made the changes I needed very quickly and now rapidreg just works like clockwork.

Pros

RapidReg offers a great solution to the collection of data for track and tracing purposes in these challenging times. However, it's more than that as it offers a safe and appropriate way to collect and manage data for businesses which are GDPR compliant. It meets the needs of the current crisis with a far-reaching impact in data capture. Consumers can rest assured their data is safe and being utilised for the purpose they intended.

Pros

Customers actively wanted to give me their data so they could have a tree planted. We are offsetting our businesses carbo footprint It feeds in to our marketing platform

Cons

None so far- any teething issues have clearly been worked out.

Before RapidReg, my diary was a mess, I spent more time dealing with diary clashes or giving customers options for when I was available, this has revolutionised that for me and alongside that, it totally takes care of my Track & Trace obligations during this pandemic.

Cons

As yet, very little to report! It does what I need and well and not expensive!
