Pros What I honestly like most about Sage X3 is how deeply it handles process automation across different departments. The inventory management module is incredibly robust; it gives you real-time visibility into stock levels, multi-warehouse tracking, and global supply chains without breaking a sweat. It also ties beautifully into sales management, meaning orders automatically update stock counts and trigger production or shipping workflows instantly. On top of that, the security features are enterprise-grade, giving us full control over user roles, permissions, and audit trails so sensitive financial data stays protected. Cons The biggest drawback is definitely the learning curve. Sage X3 is massive, and because it is so highly customizable, onboarding new users takes a lot of time and hands-on training. It’s not an "out-of-the-box" software you can figure out in a weekend. Also, during initial configuration or major system updates, we ran into minor bugs and performance issues that required reaching out to technical support. While their customer support team is knowledgeable, getting complex issues resolved can sometimes take longer than expected because of how deeply customized our system is.
