They are skirting on the edges of legality by claiming customer retain all ownership of data and then threading deletion and holding that data hostage for higher and higher payouts. We have tried to part ways with them multiple times over the last year. They have held our data hostage as a result and threatened to delete it. Cons Requires money to access certain features. Make setting up jobs and sending bids to my customers very easy and streamlined. Well made app. Pros Efficient platform: lets me keep my jobs organized and easy to make edits to. I like how it easily allows me to separate all of my materials from labor on each bid. Cons Didn’t save one of my bids and had to redo it. But believe I solved the issues. So other than that, not really any complaints.
