Cons Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business. From organization, scheduling, online presence, taking payments, communication with my clients and so much more! The price is the best part, its affordable and it has everything I need and more. I tried several platforms before I found Contractor+. I commited to a year a week before my free trail ended, it fit my companies needs and brought so much more to the table, it has really paid for itself. Sometimes I end up leaving money on the table by forgetting about clients request for quotes on additional services or not following up from being so busy, but now I can enter tasks to complete, client request, schedule planned maintenance reminders, my clients can recieve automated payment reminders, and more so its like I have a secretary, dispatcher and accountant just with implementing thia software. The price is unbelievable and cost no where near what all 3 of those positions would cost me to fill. Pros Wow, where do I start or what do I choose! The best part of Contractor+ for me is being able to keep track of day to day operations keeping me organized. The amount of information you can enter and save, with ease of access and use that is all in one place. Everything my business does is now right at my finger tips, allowing my to leave no stone unturned. The app is just as good, if not better than the Contractor+ computer website. I can access everything from anywhere, its truely been the best decision I could have made for my company! January 21, 2026 5.0 So far so good! Let's keep it moving and looking forward to the in person payment option that's coming soon. Pros Does what we need it to do! We use this as a branch for our follow up service team (window/roof leaks, door repairs etc). This keeps our PMs and customers free to operate outside of the normal chain of command for easy fixes and invoicing. Cost is a now brainer for what we get. Learning curve is pretty self explanatory. Great product! Cons Some up front information got a little in the weeds but I understand why they ask. It's for their security and the security of the customer. Make setting up jobs and sending bids to my customers very easy and streamlined. Well made app. Pros Efficient platform: lets me keep my jobs organized and easy to make edits to. I like how it easily allows me to separate all of my materials from labor on each bid. Cons Didn’t save one of my bids and had to redo it. But believe I solved the issues. July 3, 2025 5.0 great app, they are always updating it with new usable features. lots of great feedback from my customers. Pros Been using Contractor+ for about 5 years now and I love this product. The layout of the estimates is very customizable. Cons I really can't think of anything. Once there was an issue with 3rd party payment processors where contractor+ tried to drop integration for 3rd party processors and only provide connectivity for their payment system. I recommend for anyone not wanting to spend tons of money and for someone who isn't very tech savvy. Pros I like how you can separate each estimate on one single estimate pdf. It is really helpful and keeps me organized. Cons I wish that when I clicked on clients estimates it did not show me everyone elses lined up. I wish it felt more like a portal for each client.
