There needs to be some backing work done on this lot of things don’t transfer over from other documents because I like to copy and paste into the line items.There’s a lot of steps involved when doing an estimate for invoice therefore it iskind of time-consuming. and to confirm it’s not difficult. January 21, 2026 5.0 So far so good! Let's keep it moving and looking forward to the in person payment option that's coming soon. Pros Does what we need it to do! We use this as a branch for our follow up service team (window/roof leaks, door repairs etc). This keeps our PMs and customers free to operate outside of the normal chain of command for easy fixes and invoicing. Cost is a now brainer for what we get. Learning curve is pretty self explanatory. Great product! Cons Some up front information got a little in the weeds but I understand why they ask. It's for their security and the security of the customer. I hoped for more of a tutorial with someone from contractor plus to help me figure out all the options but wasn't hard to figure out once I played with it. Having on board payment processing is a big plus. being able to write just a quick invoice without having to write an estimate is pretty cool also. Over all really nice app. Cons I wish all features were available in the pro subscription, don't like the fact that you can't transfer estimates from platform to this one. put a request in to have that feature added hope they add that soon.
