I am honestly surprised it took so long for someone to make a COMPLETE app like this one. I could be happier Pros Really simple software to set up and has every feature you will ever need for a home service or construction business. I tried all the big name software providers and competitors that are much more expensive with similar or less features and contractor+ beats them all. Not only is it better software but it's 2 to even 10 times more affordable than most of their competitors such as Service Titan in the home service arena and BuilderTREND for the construction industry. I have used them both and the software for exceeds both of them in usability, customer service and affordability. Cons There are some minor lag issues sometimes but all software does that and I believe it's more of an internet server issue rather than a software issue. Pros The fact that when i am doing estimates i can look up materials on the estimate and it provides live pricing. Cons I am finding bugs and issues between the app and the website versions. My employee had a heck of a time with the app and we are still having issues. But i think once all the bugs are worked out it will be a great software.
