Great app and program for estimating jobs using your company pricing love the interface and integration with other apps.

Pros

the customization of all my line items, and pricing in the estimates and invoicing section of the app. It makes it easy to organize and integrate with my clients, sending professional looking estimates to customers.

Cons

To have More useful helpful features / tools resources to be used and to be unlocked or available. Too many premium features without offering some more functionality of tools to use within app for documentation or readings or scope of work information. Special features/instructions for specific types of jobs.

My overall experience with the Contractor+ app has been very positive. It offers a well-rounded set of tools that make managing projects, clients, and finances much more efficient. I especially appreciate how intuitive the interface is—it doesn’t take long to learn where everything is, which is a huge plus when you’re busy on job sites or juggling multiple tasks.

Pros

What I liked most about Contractor+ is how it brings everything I need into one place, making my day-to-day work much more efficient. Another big advantage is the user-friendly interface. Even without much tech experience, it’s easy to navigate and learn. The scheduling and job management tools also stand out, as they help me keep track of multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, Contractor+ saves me time, reduces stress, and helps me present a more professional image to my clients.

Cons

I would love to take advantage of the Client Portal. Unfortunately, it's only available in the (Pro Team Version). I'm a one-man show, so paying double for the upgrade to access one feature doesn't make sense to me.

### "The app that's punching over it's weight class"

Over all great. I'm looking forward to getting customers to utilize my templates. I'm thrilled that the subscriptions aren't as high as their competitors.

Pros

It's new and not a juggernaut, the dev team is responsive. It's nice to have support that doesn't seem to push you off and delay helping.

Cons

Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business. I understand this is to keep fraudulent companies at bay, but even when verified by Google, I still cannot.

Price and the desire to be able to provide valued input to a newer product. also, about price, as a sole proprietor, Jobber gets expensive FAST. I don't doubt that it's a good product, but the features are overpriced.

I have had a wonderful experience overall so far. No major bugs and issues that I have noticed yet, everything works smoothly. The customer service has been excellent, I really feel like the support is there at my fingertips to better utilize this powerful software to its fullest potential.

Pros

The learning curve was extremely low, after the free class I felt like i had been using Contractor+ for years. The ease of the estimate creation system, and the way its task tracking and job logging system works for me saves so much admin time it pays for itself, very high value for the money. It makes project management possible for small business owners that need to be in the field as well as handle the behind the scenes as well. Contractor+ gives me the security and peace of mind to take on more work and grow.

Cons

I wish there was the ability to allow subcontractors permissions to your job and work order information, possibly something they could release in a future update.

My experience with Contractor+ has been positive. I really appreciate how intuitive the app is. It is easy to use and easy to setup. I have no issues with integrating it into my business. As a small business owner in the construction field, I'd rather spend my time in the field working rather than performing administrative tasks.

Pros

I appreciate how well Contractor+ helps my company streamline our process and how customizable it is. It is chock full of features that minimize efforts with creating estimates, invoices, and communicating with clients. I like that the customer can respond within the invoice with feedback concerning changes they'd like to make for the project.

Cons

Getting the credit card payment setup was cumbersome. I had to call customer service several times to because I received several error messages during the setup process.

Good thus far, to early to make any judgements as of yet. As I said above I really think with the features I understand coming soon it'll take it to another level

Pros

Contractor+has a lot of great features at a very affordable price. It was fairly easy to figure out how to use it. Just signed my first job today so I'll see how the project management flows. There are a couple features that I wish were better however I feel that it'll continue to improve. I gave it 4 stars because I'm still new using it.

Cons

The estimate module is a little cumbersome and lacks in comparison to its competitors. But again I think they are moving in the right direction.

Smooth easy user friendly platform. Tons of features at a reasonable cost. cuts down on operating time significantly with tons of automation and smart AI integrations

still a lot of manual input but not bad. dont like that zapier was excluded from the pro cost bracket. Ultimate bundle was the pro price and they essentially doubled the cost of this function. makes it less accessible to small businesses.

I like everything. Maybe a lot to learn. Coming from using a competor i hate having to move all my job and customer data over.

### "Where Was This Hiding? - LOVE THIS SOFTWARE!"

Absolutely amazing so far. I signed up for a demo, and they answered all the questions I had. Great customer service too. Like i previously mentioned, this is a software for your back office teams like a Billing Manager, Project Manager, Client Manager, CEO, Field Workers and it also has a feature to allow your clients to view their documents and project info which is absolutely amazing.

Pros

I absolutely love their simple UI. It's something that doesn't compare to other software providers similar to Contractor+. I mean, it can handle everything that other software providers offer but without that "Corporate" feel and the learning curve is not as much. Plus, they even create a "set up" step by step thing where you can follow their steps to get your account up in running, fully.

Cons

Currently no way to add "Subcontractor" accounts, however I spoke with one of their team members and they said that they are working on this feature and should be out by September 2025, or sometime around there.

I’ve had a fairly good experience with Contractor+. It seems to do most of what I need. It integrates with QuickBooks and I like their estimate software.

Pros

I like that it’s easy to use with mobile devices and has everything I need in one place. It’s been quick to learn and use. I was able to set up an estimate and customers and start invoicing almost immediately.

Cons

I am currently struggling with the time clock. I am considering switching up to the next highest version to see if the time clock on that one works better since that one set up for multiple users.

From start to finish, every aspect has been top notch! I hope to stay with them for the long run. There have been a couple times when I've been confused in linking certain apps or using their system but every time i reach out they're quick to respond and correct the problem for me.

Pros

I love this new crm! I feel they really strive to harbor growth in the businesses that partner with them. I'm especially impressed by the price and website. Plus, when I'm in need of guidance, they are extremely quick to answer and help me!

Cons

I'd like to see more informative graphs and reports. I'll work on informing them of what I'd like, I'm sure they'll be quick to respond and improve

Its been a game changer for my company! From organization, scheduling, online presence, taking payments, communication with my clients and so much more! The price is the best part, its affordable and it has everything I need and more. I tried several platforms before I found Contractor+. I commited to a year a week before my free trail ended, it fit my companies needs and brought so much more to the table, it has really paid for itself. Sometimes I end up leaving money on the table by forgetting about clients request for quotes on additional services or not following up from being so busy, but now I can enter tasks to complete, client request, schedule planned maintenance reminders, my clients can recieve automated payment reminders, and more so its like I have a secretary, dispatcher and accountant just with implementing thia software. The price is unbelievable and cost no where near what all 3 of those positions would cost me to fill.

Pros

Wow, where do I start or what do I choose! The best part of Contractor+ for me is being able to keep track of day to day operations keeping me organized. The amount of information you can enter and save, with ease of access and use that is all in one place. Everything my business does is now right at my finger tips, allowing my to leave no stone unturned. The app is just as good, if not better than the Contractor+ computer website. I can access everything from anywhere, its truely been the best decision I could have made for my company!

Cons

Once I worked out the kinks, I figured out most of the systems capabilties, everything came together nicely. For the most part everything is customizable, so once I made it through the setup process, I really dont have anything I dislike.

Loving it so far, even though its a bit complicated to understand and use some of the features, once you dominante the use of it it becomes easy. The website is a bonus. Worth every penny.

Super clean and very well presented estimates. The options with this software are unlimited. The fact that you get a website is a bonus

Cons

It takes a bit to get to understand it. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes pretty easy to use.

Contractor+ has been a great tool for my tree service. It keeps everything organized — from leads and bids to scheduling and invoices — and works smoothly with QuickBooks. There’s a little learning curve at first, and some advanced tools need the paid plan, but overall it’s affordable, reliable, and makes running the business much easier.

Contractor+ makes running my tree service so much easier. I can send bids, schedule jobs, and invoice customers all in one place. Simple, reliable, and great value!

Cons

Great app overall, but there’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start, and some advanced features require upgrading to a paid plan.

It was simple to set up and I like all of the features that are included to be able to do everything in one place.

Pros

Everything in one place has made my life easier. I want to send invoices and receive payments as efficiently as possible.

Cons

The google reviews. I do not like that I need a certain amount in order to be able to receive payments.

The overall experience is consistently excellent, and it becomes truly game-changing when you use it to present to potential new clients.

Pros

The software is incredibly easy to use and its structure is well-organized. As a result, clients generally find the presentations provided to be quite engaging and enjoyable.

Cons

Lags can occur at times, and there have been instances of glitches observed when the device is in a folded state. Small bugs or issues have also been reported.

Pretty good experience overall about 50-50 on the learning curve security has been great so far it’s good value for your money. There hasn’t been too many bugs or issues.

Cons

Formatting invoices and estimates. There needs to be some backing work done on this lot of things don’t transfer over from other documents because I like to copy and paste into the line items.There’s a lot of steps involved when doing an estimate for invoice therefore it iskind of time-consuming. and to confirm it’s not difficult. It’s just time consuming.

After trying Contractor plus just one time, I wouldn't use any other software. It took of all my needs and i would recommend this to everyone. I am very satisfied with them.

Pros

How easy it is to make estimates and send them.

Cons

There isnt anything about Contractor plus that I didn't like. They have it all. Everything you could possibly need for invoices.

great app, they are always updating it with new usable features. lots of great feedback from my customers.

Pros

Been using Contractor+ for about 5 years now and I love this product. The layout of the estimates is very customizable.

Cons

I really can't think of anything. Once there was an issue with 3rd party payment processors where contractor+ tried to drop integration for 3rd party processors and only provide connectivity for their payment system. All of that seems to have been resolved.
