The add-on apps are nice but the one I use the most is the coupon generator. Cons I bought Konnectzit on LTD from AppSumo and I've to say it's one of those products which I really want to work out...this hope has lead me to lose track of reality. In reality, it's a very useless and buggy software full of flaws. I haven't run a single zap successfully on Konnectzit till date. They have little to no documentation. Their customer support is non-existent. Imagine if 1000 people buy the deal and none end up using it. This is what is happening. They are looting people by selling them something marketed at a cheap price but the catch is that it doesn't work. Most apps suffer from a lack of triggers and actions to choose from once again prohibiting people from actually being able to make use of the software. I've zero faith and hope in the future of this company. A bunch of lazy people who are deluding themselves and the rest of the world. The connections between applications can be done very quickly after you master the tool, the support is very good and they always upload videos to youtube explaining how to connect applications and use their tools. If they continue as they are, without a doubt they will be one of the best in their field. Pros I would never have been able to integrate multiple systems in such a short amount of time if I hadn't used konnectzit. It's so simple and easy to use that not only did it save me hours of work, but I was also able to connect more than I could ever have dreamed. If you're looking for a Zapier alternative, look no further. Although KonnectzIT shows you how to get what you need to connect with some applications, you must have some knowledge of the terms or follow instructions so you don't get lost. Cons On the other hand, I would only say that it does not have as many main applications to connect as Zapier, of course they have more than 600, but some like SQL Server, Wasabi, Blackblaze, just to mention a few, still do not have it, although they are always adding more applications. The best thing is that it doesn't require any coding skills. With the help of Konnectzit, you can save a lot of time and effort. The only thing that bothers me is that it's still too new to compare with other automation tools out there. Pros Another tool for automation after pabbly, integrately & Integromat. But Konnectzit is a little different, because of the visual connection builder, it is a great concept, with a Visual connector it is easy to connect fields from one app to the other by visually seeing them, which is the USP of Konnectzit. While building automation, you can visually understand it which makes it be done faster. It has some internal apps like Date formatter, Text Splitter, Coupon generator, etc... They have a live chat to solve queries. It has webhooks and API to connect with any app which are not natively integrated with KonnectzIT. It has a task history to see failed task executions so that we know and fix them fast. Cons I saw the canvas for drag and drop apps is somewhat buggy. Some apps are not showing options for triggers such as Twitter. It doesn’t have more internal apps such as Zapier, and Pabbly Connect. It needs more deep integrations with the apps. It is less expensive than other software on the market that do the same. Pros I really like the huge connection library of apps the software offers. There are so many that I have to use the search / filter bar to find what I need. They are constantly adding new apps every month or so. Cons The software doesn't have any issues in my opinion. Sometimes it is difficult to "debug" automation that doesn't do what you expect, and it can become frustrating, especially when the trigger event is not handled by you. March 31, 2022 3.0 I have set up one Konnectzit to have Stripe to Google docs that a subscription payment failed as Google will send me an email. As none have failed except the test one I set up, I can only hope it's still working. Pros Support was prompt in answering me, but my problem was solved. Cons As ConvertKit and Zenter were on the list of apps that could be connected, I bought this software. Upon trying to connect them I discovered that I could send data from Zenler to ConvertKit (not needed) but could not send data (new subscribers) from ConvertKit to Zenler as there are no triggers to do that. Having reported that a few times and watched other softward being added but this one not being upgraded, I feel it was misleading to say that ConvertKit is available. It would not be that difficult for them to indicate whether the Apps listed have triggers that are outgoing, incoming or both. Or list the actual triggers as I've since seen available on Zapier. And it's great to see them adding so many apps in such a short time. Cons A lot of apps aren't functioning properly. I tried almost 7 to 8 apps on the portal and none of them were functioning in the first go. Either some of the functionality wasn't added yet or they had some issue. We had requested a couple of apps to be added. It was promised to be added, but even after 5 months, it's still not added. However, the bugs prevented me from doing any of that. Pros This software has a large number of integrations that can enable you to get your automations set up quickly. Cons The interface is not as intuitive as it could be. You have to know what API capabilities exist. For example, Gmail should be able to act as both a trigger and an action but is only implemented as an action. What ruined Konnectzit for me is that even simple text formatter actions did not work correctly (I even watched YouTube videos and replicated them).
