Associate Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great idea, but not up to full potential" March 31, 2022 3.0 Their marketing show how simple it supposed to be, but that hasn't been my experience so far. Pros This software shows great promise, but so far, I have not been able to use it the way I wanted it too. It's still a bit young, but there seems to be many bugs still and not all apps I use can be connected to it. Cons Some software are supposedly supported, but I can't make them connect because of some bug. April 2, 2022 4.0 Overall, I think it's worth trying and going through the free onboarding session. It works a little differently from other similar apps, but it's fairly easy once you get the hang of it. Sort of like connecting the dots. I haven't solved any specific business problems relevant to my business just yet. But I feel like there's still a lot of untapped potential here. Not a fault of the app. Just been too busy to dive into it. Pros I was able to connect my JavaScript code from CheatLayer via KonnectzIT to a Google Sheet. It enabled me to scrape Amazon reviews and then export the results, one after another, into different rows. There are many other features I haven't dived into. I've barely scratched the surface of this app, and they keep adding more apps to connect to. Cons I couldn't get anything to work for the first few times I tried it. Going through the free onboarding with the founder helped, and gave me more confidence in the service. I struggled to think of use cases for it, but then when I had an assignment to complete for a class, I was forced to find a way to make it work, and then I did! It was really cool to finally see it work. So I'd say that even though there's a learning curve, stick with it and you'll see some magic happen. Review Source Rahul R. Pros In comparison to other platforms, the workflows builder has a more visually appealing interface. It's also a cheaper option to Zapier that connects quickly. Pros The simplicity of usage; all you have to do is connect the nodes and the automations will take care of themselves. Even when there are numerous connection points, a drag-and-drop connection interface of components and parameters between points makes the job easy and helps me grasp my flow diagram. This app also integrates with a variety of other apps, giving users more alternatives for work and connection. Cons Because it is still in its infancy, it does not have as many integrations as its competitors. Expect some glitches because the game is currently in its early stages. Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Good Potential" April 6, 2022 4.0 Konnectz has lots of potential and is easy to use but lacks lots of software connections and support is Pros I have used similar software and have come to Konnectz to hopefully take care of my needs for connecting my different pieces of software and automating my systems. Konnectz is easy to use and setup. I like how visual they have made their system and I appreciate how often they're connecting new pieces of software. Cons From the get go there was one support software that I wanted to use but to this point it hasn't worked. I've talked to support and even though they are friendly they don't follow up. I'm also sad that there are many pieces of software that I use that they don't connect with--one that's a major player and usually supported by other similar softwares. That basically makes it so that Konnectz doesn't do much for me right now and I'm waiting on support hoping that eventually things will work. Pros First thing is pricing, just for a 10 dollar you can run up to 10k task runs, and can have unlimited workflows, Also it has many app integration similar to the zapier. Also it does have a free version for a poc projects. It is easy to integration many apps in our workflows with the integrations options. Cons It's not a matured product compare to the zapier like alternative, It's not a dislike but it would not be a viable solution if we are building a complex workflows. Review Source MB Michael B. I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I love the simple drag & drop solution and can train my newbie VAs to start using it in a matter of minutes. Pros Simple to use. If it can do things like 'on purchase, send file to email through wetransfer from google drive' then the experience of this would be absolutely incredibly exciting. Pros Coming from a data analyst background doing reports with Crystal Reports and developing my own management system in Microsoft Access, the relationship view is something I'm very accustomed to and it is beautiful to be able to select what data you wish to send through to the next step. It has been the most impressive feature I've seen in any product I've worked with. Cons Most of the automations I work with are primarily social media publishing from a blog. Blog to Facebook/GMB/LinkedIn Page/Profile and ended up trialling a different product for this feature. I've been eagerly awaiting this feature to publish to social media profiles. This would help you to understand what workflow you are building rather than line based workflow like in Zapier. This tool helps me to automate unproductive and repetitive tasks with ease.
