They have knowledgeable staff who can assist with tricky situations. They make payroll, benefits, and compliance much easier than handling it all by yourself. Cons The prism HR software can be a bit clunky, although I know that have constantly rolled out updates to improve their software platform. Pros Sequoia is compact with all aspects of HR management, benefits administration, and payroll all in one! It was convenient to be able to locate all company necessities in one portal. Cons Sequoia’s software had a few IT bugs that did not allow users to see their paystubs.
