Their knowledge and experience is top class. I am always dealt with efficiently. Really great service from our end. Payroll is simple for me to execute, but when I find myself in trouble, my heart nearly misses a beat, I rely on the support team for that dig out, there HELP is very much appreciated. Pros It's so easy to use, the reporting is fantastic, we utilise the weekly "View PAYE, USC and PRSI workings" to inform staff of their deductions. It is very informative and encourages our new staff to take ownership of their tax credits and visit gov.ie. We also use the weekly reports and revenue reporting options. I would also commend the fantastic Covid-19 updates and webinars. Even though we were not directly affected by the changes, we learnt alot from the on-line sessions, we learnt from others sharing information. Thanks to all involved. Cons Nothing really, but reporting in real time means we have to prioritise the Payroll Task on a weekly basis. Pros I like it's simplicity most of all. It really is fool proof! Also the access to internal and external information is very useful. Having videos to show how to process a particular payment or deduction must be very helpful for new users. Cons There is very little I don't like about Thesaurus Payroll. The only thing I can think of is that when you update the payroll taxes with payments or EWSS PRSI credits it kicks you back to the main menu and you have to go back in again to see the updated figures. We have never had any problems at all. On the rare occassion we need to contact them, they are easy to reach - their helpdesk isnt busy usually, as the software is stable, and never any "glitches", and its so easy to use, you wont need actually need support - but its free and part of the cost price anyway. Pros Very easy to use. They were particularly excellent when we were operating different Goverment schemes during the Covid lockdown, and beyond. These schemes were difficult to understand, but Thesaurus made it as simple as possible to both understand and to operate, and providing reports to reconile all my data. Generally it is a very easy package to use, and there are no hidden costs. Payslips can be printed onto plain paper for file. Our employees are mainly on sites away from the office, so having ability to email payslips is great. Also, any report or payslip can be reprinted at any time. Useful if something gets mislaid Cons Its not free! Thats really the only improvement they could make. Havent found anything to dislike.
